Ashton Kutcher and Brittney Jones -- Sorry Ladies, He's Not in the Video

Ashton Kutcher and Brittney Jones may or may not have had an affair, depending on who you believe. But now Kutcher's lawyer has sent a strong letter to Vivid Entertainment, as reported at NY Daily News.

Vivid is becoming famous for celebrity sex tapes. They have sex tapes starring Kim Kardashian, Kendra Wilkinson, Mindy McCready and more. Now the alleged mistress of Ashton Kutcher wants to join the library of Vivid celebrity sex tapes, and Jones wants to market her tape with the phrase, "Ashton's fans will undoubtedly enjoy seeing what the star himself may have experienced." But Ashton and his lawyers want his name removed immediately.

Robert Offer, Kutcher's attorney, says Kutcher "is entitled to recover damages and profits" because the company's "conduct has already caused, and will continue to cause, substantial damages."

Brittney Jones, 21, who claims Kutcher, 32, and Demi Moore's marriage is an open one, alleges she had sex with Ashton on Ashton's couch when Demi was away in Detroit on the set of "LOL: Laughing Out Loud." And she has more than words. There is a trail of sexy text messages between Brittney and Ashton that were published in "Star" magazine.

Celebrities can demand that the public mind their own business, but it never works that way. And Kutcher can't just come out and say he has an open marriage. Or, perhaps he can.

Jada Pinkett and Will Smith are real. Says Jada Pinkett, who has been married to Will Smith since 1997, in an interview with WJLB Mornings, "We always have people that we're attracted to that we talk about. That don't stop just because you're married. Somebody's always gonna catch your eye. That's real. Somebody's gonna always be prettier than me, and somebody's always gonna be more in awe of him than me, and he gonna be like 'yo she really like me.' But as far as somebody being right for us... is there somebody right for a nice night? Maybe. But somebody that can sustain our life and sustain what we've built together, absolutely not!"

A scandal doesn't occur with people who keep it real. If Demi and Ashton are not monogamous, perhaps they should get off the monogamy bandwagon. Then maybe the public wouldn't care what Ashton does.
