The Assassins Creed games are some of my favorite games. Most people do not like the first one, because it is to repetitive. this game fixed all of its problems for those people, even though I enjoyed it as it was. This game now has a system based on money for upgrading your weapons, armor, and some new weapons such as the wrist-pistol. There are a lot more missions this time around, and they include more things than just killing people, and "listening" to peoples conversations.

Although some people may not like the first one, I think it was a great game. I believe I clocked 30 hours on beating it. And in the end I felt extremely rewarded. The second game improved 2 major things: the story, and free running. This games free running is comparable to Mirrors Edge, the king of all free runners. I think this time around Montreal Perfected this system. Its smooth, and not as choppy as the first game.

The downloadable content is worth the 10 dollars for both sequences. They add necessary storyline that should have been added into the actual game. Without them, it seems that the story is lacking something. The ending to the game is also extremely empty. It confused everyone, and had nothing to do with the plot of the story. It completely changed its storyline at the end of the game to something unrealistic, more so than you can imagine without actually playing it and witnessing it.

My favorite addition is that you can get Altair's armor. To get it, you have to get 6 keys to open the cage in your uncle's basement. But, for some reason, the armor is black. Even though it does look very nice, it is strange why they changed the color. Unless Altair had a different story after the first game ended, the armor should have been white.
In Conclusion I would recommend this game to anyone who loves story mode games, rather than online games. Thanks for reading my review, and I hope to see you again soon.
