The objective of this game was quite simple to me, but it also was challenging and included a mind that was keen in strategy as well. Everything was simply optional in this game, do the missions or have yourself a killing spree. You were Desmond Miles, a bartender who use to be an assassin himself, who was kidnapped by scientists who wanted to use you for their machine the 'Animus'. What did you do in this Animus thing? Well it had read the memories of Desmond's ancestors left in his DNA. Which is pretty deep. While in the machine it had allowed Desmond to control one of his ancestors, who's name was Altair. He experienced virtual reality. Everything had taken place during the third crusade in the Holy Land 1191. Now you; controlling Altair have to retrieve the piece of Eden that Abstergo is itching to get their hands on for some strange reason.

Personally, this game rocked my socks. I couldn't wait to start the second part I had gotten as a gift. When you pick up the controller to play this game - you won't put it down. I admire everything about this game. I love how it reminds me of parkour. How he ran across roof tops running from the templars.(You kind of had to be careful with running across the rooftops; they won't hesitate to figure out something is wrong with you.) My favorite line from the game is, 'Stop you heathen!' I just thought it was funny how they thought you were a heathen if you ran across rooftops or accidentally bumped into them. I enjoyed the 'Jump and stab' feature. Target an enemy and jump right down stabbing them. (Just don't do this in front of large crowds or guards. They freak when they see it.) The thing that confused me, was the end of the game. They didn't give me the slightest clue of what to do. I had to cheat to find out! Who would've known I had to use eagle vision? Geez...

The graphics in my opinion were, fabulous. I go by a saying(Or my uncle's saying, who's a gamer freak.) 'If the water looks real, then the graphics are incredible.' Or if the physics is over expectation. The physics were awesome as well. Everything was nice and crisp and nothing was fuzzy looking. Everyone was walking smoothly, nothing was jerky and awkward looking. That's what everyone asks in a game! I hadn't seen any bugs... not that I remember. The sound was awesome! And Altair's voice to me was well played! When someone's cursing you out for bumping into them you can always run away and listen to their voice fade. ^^

I think anyone would replay the game over and over again. Who wouldn't? This game has a second part out, which is also good and I sadly could not finish. T_T Hopefully, one day it will be an Assassin's Creed III that will just blow everyone's mind!

Now, I could probably compare this game to another. Like, Grand Theft Auto. Run around free will killing people or do the missions like a good trooper!(Except the fact you don't steal cars~) Also Prince of Persia, with the climbing acrobatic stuff. Altair's combat reminds me of the Prince of Persia's, when he does the sword attacks. This game also requires you to be able to move Altair in a stealthy way so he doesn't get caught when trying to assassinate one of his targets. And if you can do that; you're in! I failed a few times, but I have my ways.

To conclude this review... this game has my respect. If you're one of those gamers who like to play Grand Theft Auto, or any other games that include you to climb, be stealthy, be acrobatic and to throw nin-stars at their enemies. You're going to love this. Also if you're a conspiracy theorist who can see comparisons in games and the real world. Or you can rent it if you want to try something new! And those who like to be bullet happy, or who don't like gore or mid-evil games and semi-long cut scenes and you wanna get to the action or just HATE action, you might as well avoid this game like it's the plague! ^^
