Assessing the Candidates for President in the 2008 Election Cycle

Articles
The only candidates who have some shred of truth to them are Ron Paul, Mike Gravel, and Tom Tancredo. All of the other candidates will sell their souls to the special interests. Hilary Clinton is the worst of the bunch as she is simply a cold faceless robot saying anything that her campaign handlers think will score points with ignorant Americans.

You can usually tell who is the best candidate by who is getting the least airtime by old dying television networks. Once again this would be Ron Paul, and Mike Gravel. The old media has lost all credibility so naturally the American people should take a closer look at those whom the old media is trying to blackout.

On the flip side faceless people like Hilary, Obama, and McCain are heavily funded and pushed by the special interests and the media. Anyone who has access to the internet can get the accurate information from Web 2.0 and the blogosphere on what is really going on. Better yet go to Digg and check out the headlines. The only candidates who represent the American people are Ron Paul and Mike Gravel. A few other candidates are in the grey area such as Tancredo and Kucinich.

Ron Paul will win the election. Here are some reasons why below:

1. At this point in time he is leading on most online polls.

2. He has the most YouTube subscribers.

3. He has the most supporters out in the streets.

4. He is not in the pockets of the special interests and the savvy American voters know this.

5. He is the most intelligent candidate running.

6. He is the most popular search term in Google.

7. He wants the US to regain sound money instead of a fiat dollar.

8. He never voted to raise taxes.

9. He never voted to restrict people's rights to protect themselves with firearms.

10. He is the only honest candidate.

I agree w/you 100%. Hopefully Americans aren't too dumbed down to find out about Ron Paul on their own since the media chooses to ignore him. Letting the media decide who the candidates will be is sad. I guess it's up to us, the supporters!!!
