Associated Content - Page View Acceleration to Earn a Full Income with Freelance Writing

How to Earn Thousands of Dollars by Publishing at Least Once Daily

Vikas D. Reddy
There are many online freelance writing sites out there and the market is growing faster than ever, even with the receding economy. However, the majority of people do not understand the math and facts about how page views, articles, and publishing intertwine to help a person make the most money out of their articles. The concept of accelerating page views is simple but not enough investment is put into it; even though it can easily give a person a full income through self-employment.

For the sake of going with popular standard, Associated Content is a useful example because it is a site that allows anyone to write articles - and US citizens over 18 years of age can earn money.

How Much Money Can You Really Earn With Associated Content and Online Freelance Writing?

The answer to that question is not clear-cut. Being an online freelance writer means there is no limit to how many articles you can publish - and it works the same way with how much quality you decide to put into your work. In Associated Content, Helium, Constant Content, and other top ranked sites where writers can earn upfront payments and revenue, the amount of work you can put into them is unlimited.

Do not be intimidated when you write your first few articles and gain only a few hundred page views. The going rate at Associated Content per 1000 views is $1.50 ($2.00/ 1000 views if you reach the rank of clout level ten). With time you will learn how to use search engine optimization techniques (SEO) more efficiently and publish articles more frequently. While that number seems small at first, performance payments will be the majority of your long-term income.

You can earn enough pocket change to get your father a good whiskey for a holiday gift or you can earn enough to make a full income, with thousands of dollars getting added to your PayPal account consistently. It all depends on the SEO strategies you implement to optimize your articles' positions in search engines like Google.

The Concept of Accelerating Page Views

The term accelerating page views is simply the fact that as you write more articles consistently, the rate of views you will get per month (Associated Content and many sites pay revenue to freelance writers monthly) will drastically increase. This rate can even become exponential.

This is hard to understand but there are very simple mathematical concepts to take into account. When you first publish an article, it takes time for it to get indexed by Google, which is what makes it appear in search engines. For those wanting to find a monthly page view count average for their article in the first month, it is not a good idea, especially with seasons fluctuating its popularity.

The rule of accelerating page views to earn enough money for a full income is that you have to keep publishing. If you are serious about making the site a primary method of earning money, then you have to be able to write atleast one article per day. Some content producers like Pam Gaulin publish several articles per day, and have already written over two thousand articles. Hundreds of writers on Associated Content earn enough money per month through performance payments to make a living primarily through online freelance writing.

The Mathematics of Page View Count and Why You Should Invest

Online freelance writing is a business as much as it is a hobby. The more articles you publish now, the more you will earn a month and even a year from now. Think of it like a bank; the articles you write and 'put' into your bank now will earn you money years later as long as your account is active. It is money making money.

Suppose I publish 30 articles in a month and each article gets an average of only one page view per hour. This means that each article earns an average of 672 views per month. Based on Associated Content standards, you will earn a total of $30.24 for that month ($1.50 per 1000 views). This is great pocket change for some but it can barely amount to a full income.

However, it is all about investment. Publish an article every day for a year and allow them to gain those page views over time. By your second year, you will know the consistent monthly rate for your page view count because after all, it takes 365 days after an article gets published to know what it can do in a year.

If you have 365 articles in your repertoire and each makes the meager requirement of one view per hour, you will earn $4415.04 (excluding tax) per year. Acceleration is continuous because it never stops increasing the speed. That number will become $8838.08 for the following year if you stick to the rule of daily publishing.

Remember that if you publish 200 articles by the time you hit 333,333 page views, you will automatically achieve the rank of clout ten; the rate per 1000 views then becomes $2.00. Also realize there is no limit to how many articles you decide to write. If you want to write three per day, you have that freedom. No matter what, the concept of acceleration guarantees you will have a higher income each following year. And these numbers aren't even taking upfront payments, special prizes, and seasonal fluctuations into account.

Conclusion - Making Online Freelance Writing a Comfortable Source of Income

It sounds very simple but it takes experience to be able to hit the 600+ monthly average page view count per article consistently. But if you want to make online freelance writing big enough to support you with a full income, you must be prepared to learn important SEO techniques and be devoted to put in atleast an hour per day on writing articles with proper research .

It is a steep learning curve at the beginning but once you understand the way the system works, you can make the most money possible through investment. Only you have the power to decide the amount of effort to put into your content.

Be proud of your work. Never stop learning how to increase the quality of your articles and remember that the online freelance market is young and booming. There is much money to be made so be part of it.

Great article! Some one told me you could (in theory) make $100 per day here on AC. I did the math, and yep, they are right - in theory - it could work. It would require writing consistently 5 to 10 articles per day, and eventually having some 3,000 published articles, so it's a long term goal to work for, but it is possible (in theory at least) providing you put enough hard work and effort into it. Basically it requires doing what you said here, but writing more articles per day. I'm going to test the theory out and see how close I come to make $100 per day, 12 months from now, than 2 years from, now, ect. Only time will tell.
