Assurance vs. Safe Link wireless
Kentucky and a few other states have come together to give low- or no-income families the opportunity to stay in touch with medical facilities and other businesses. These wireless companies are allowing families to have simple plans with no monthly bill to pay. It is one fewer bill to pay. Who wouldn't want one fewer bill to pay? I know I would, and I am sure you would too.
State assisted programs exist to help low-income families. The government has come together with wireless companies to give them cellular phones on a budget. To qualify for these government programs, you must either already be on a state assistance program or be a low income family.
Assurance and Safe Link wireless companies are providing help to those in need. They are both two different wireless companies providing service. Which company will you choose?
Assurance benefits - Assurance is a wireless phone company provided by Sprint. You are given 250 minutes free each month. Not only do you get these free minutes, you also able to get a free phone. This is a great deal for people who need some assistance. Assurance wireless is available in certain states such as Kentucky, Georgia, Ohio and Texas. There are several states that have this service available to them.
Safe Link benefits - Safe Link is another wireless phone company. It is a government program helping those who are eligible for the assistance. You are only allowed one Safe Link phone per household. With Safe Link, you don't get free airtime minutes as you would with Assurance wireless. With this program, you have to buy the airtime phone cards.
Extras on these wireless plans are not readily free to the customers. You must pay for them. Either way you look at it, you can't beat having one of these phone plans. If you are currently receiving state assistance, look into one of these cell phone plans. Every little bit helps. Do not waste this opportunity, especially if you have the chance to participate in one of these wonderful programs.
These programs are vital to those who need a bit of help each month. These can be life-saving programs for families. Do not be afraid to ask for assistance if it is needed. Do not be ashamed to ask for anything you may need.
