Asthma Glow Cap: Find Your Inhaler in the Dark

Susan Pettrone
I think anyone with asthma or any respiratory disease can relate to that middle of the night panic when the need for an inhaler presents itself but despite frantic searching, the inhaler cannot be located in the dark. Now, if you are a single person there is no problem, lights can be turned on and the inhaler can be found but if you are a child at camp, someone with a roommate or simply an individual who hates turning on lights in the middle of the night, this product could be just what you are looking for. Even mere minutes can feel like hours when a much needed puff of an inhaler is just out of reach. And if that isn't enough, think about all those times spent searching in a darkened movie theatre in a purse that refused to yield the much needed medication.

I honestly couldn't believe my eyes when this item popped up in a search. You see, I am one of those persons who keeps inhalers everywhere in my home but despite my most careful before bed placement, it never fails that I cannot locate my inhaler when I need it most. I'd thought for a long time that something needed to be done to more easily find your inhaler in the dark, but never in my wildest dreams did I realize that someone invented a Glow in the dark asthma cap! So you can imagine my surprise when I found http://asthmaglowcap.com/index.html has for sale these glow in the dark inhaler capsonline. Each GlowCap costs £2.38 plus £1.50 P+P (to anywhere in the world) .

Apparently this cap will recharge in normal daylight in only 8 minutes time and will maintain the glow for up to 12 hours at a time. What a fantastic idea. Even though it appears to only be available overseas, I will be ordering a few of these little beauties in the near future for myself and several nephews who suffer asthma as well. For we all know, when you need your inhaler in the dark. You need it, and don't want to waste precious time hunting around for it.

I have ordered several of these caps for not only myself but for others as well. I find them to be invaluable and think if you tried them, you'd find them to be a necessity for peace of mind as well as easy retrieval of your inhaler as well! At a price that is certainly less than that of a fast food burger, with a much longer shelf life. The manufacturer of this glow in the inhaler cap seems to have found a need and served it well. I think it's well worth sending for and I think you feel the same way.
