Astral Projection Techniques

Astral Dynamics: A NEW Approach to Out-of-Body Experience by Robert Bruce is a thick but wonderful book for anyone interested in astral projection techniques, astral travel, methods of mediation, out of body experiences or other such mind related topics.

Born in England and residing in Australia, Robert Bruce is a mystic, healer and metaphysical researcher who has been using the Internet since 1992 to provide free consulting and healing. His articles on astral travel or projection and related topics are all over the Internet and well respected. He has been researching metaphysical topics such as the human energy body, astral travel, clairvoyance, healing, and more for over 25 years.

The book Astral Dynamics acts as a "how to" guide, helps with troubleshooting, and shares Bruce's perspective on astral projection techniques and related topics. In each of the 36 chapters, Bruce writes in depth about his own and his student's experiences. He shares methods that have been tried and proved to be most successful.

In the first section, Bruce goes through the different elements of astral projection techniques, including astral sight, waking paralysis, the projectable double and more. Bruce gives an introduction to astral projection and explains the different energy bodies of a human as well as the "mind-split", which is what Bruce believes happens in astral travel.

The second part of the book is about what Bruce calls New Energy Ways. Bruce is known for teaching his students to use perception and to "feel" what is around them, using imagination rather than visualization methods. He believes that visualization is not easily learned for most people.

The third part of the book allows readers to learn about basic skills such as physical relaxation, meditation, calming the mind, and achieving trance state. He explains how the trance state means that the brain is operating at a different level of brain wave activity and how it produces strange mental and physical sensations. He also breaks down the different levels of trance state. Sometimes hallucinations are experienced. Many people do not realize there are different types of hallucinations such as auditory (sounds) and tactile (feelings, such as things grabbing at you). The hallucinations are harmless but can be distracting, which may break your focus.

The fourth part of the book delves into preparation and different techniques for astral projection and dealing with different experiences related to astral travel. The fifth part of Astral Dynamics informs readers about the Astral planes and the mysterious Akashic records, which some claim is the "book of life" mentioned in the Bible. It is where all information is stored.

Part six of Bruce's book on astral projection goes on to discuss strange astral phenomena. Things such as out of body and reality fluctuations, wildlife and astral beings, self defense, and the effect that fear has on astral projections.

This in depth guide to astral projection makes the process easy to understand and breaks everything down into clear instructions. In the back of the book, there is also a glossary to help readers understand any terms they may be unfamiliar with. I reccommend the book for anyone interested in learning more about astral projection techniques, especially if they've had trouble with previous learned methods.
