Astrology of the Moon Signs Forecast for February 19 Through 25, 2012

"American Ephemeris for the 21st Century" reveals pattern.

The above reference book is a favorite astrology based ephemeris programmed by Neil Michelson, edited by Enrique Potter; it's an ephemeris that's a lot easier to read than the German rendition with its tiny print. In any event, an interesting cosmic synchronicity takes place this week. As the moon and sun are travel companions, there's an extra emphasis on Aquarius and Pisces.

As the birth sign of the Pisces sun takes prominence, the fire and ice attributes of the Aquarius sun depart. The moon parallels the path of the sun, being in the same two signs on the same days, hence making the same transitions. In turn, Midweek brings an emphasis that trends with and highlights otherworldly awareness and new age thought. Two cardinal (take-charge type) moon signs that are at either end of the week are almost like bookends.

Each weekend from now through most of March will have a similar arrangement with cardinal signs. More than this, the moon signs involved are tied into the Cardinal Grand Cross formation. To read more about the cross formation copy paste this title into the Yahoo search bar:

What is a Cardinal Grand Cross?

In sky viewing, an already interesting week highlights evening planets Venus, Jupiter, Mars, and Saturn. Mercury joins the rest of the gang next week.

As per NASA: Venus, and Jupiter are in the western skies around 7:00 p.m. Mars shows in the eastern skies at 10:00 p.m. Saturn appears during the wee hours at 1:00 a.m.

Look southward for three prominent stars united in a straight line, and Orion becomes obvious. He's the Hunter, and the star trio represents his belt. Nearby Sirius, the Dog Star, parades in the southern skies at 9:00 p.m. Saturn is in the east at 1:00 a.m. Mercury enters the celestial picture next week.

The Moon Sign Forecast and Daily Recommended Activities

Capricorn - pink chocolate brown, black, indigo, flannel gray

Sunday, Monday

President's Day Monday

Take care of responsibilities on Sunday. A Capricorn essence kicks off the week with one last day of a responsibility-oriented mindset. Otherwise, it may be apt to concentrate on dreaded tasks. Shopping is favored.

February 21, 22

Aquarius - violet, iridescent blue

Tuesday, Wednesday

New Moon on Tuesday

Scientific notions may come in the form of applied genius. Do a kindness for someone. Don't ignore flashes of intelligent insight.

February 23, 24

Pisces - ocean green, red, violet

Wednesday, Thursday

Get into a fluid, creative mode as Pisces adds a mystical watery element to the day. Ictus, or Pisces, contributes to creativity, the flow of communication, and writing. Represented by the shrouded planet Neptune, confusion may enter the day, so plans should be made with clarity. Beauty treatments are favored.

February 25

Aries - red, white, orange, yellow

Saturday

This is a great day to launch ambitious plans. Don't forget to consider the windup of any projects begun during moon in Aries, as this sign is known for an impulsive beginning that may result in procrastination during the finishing phase. Shopping is favored.

The Moon Sign Astrology Forecast is a weekly publication. Colors for the day listed are good colors to wear on that day, or to meditate on. This forecast needs adjustment for areas outside of the U.S. time zone. NASA provides a UT conversion chart for adjusting the time periods to the appropriate area of the world.
