Atlanta School TEACHERS Caught Cheating on Students Test? Superintendent Beverly L. Hall Receives Presidential Award for High Scores

Atlanta school superintendent Beverly L. Hall receives medal of honor from President Obama for increasing Atlanta, Ga.'s low-income district test scores for the past eight years. However she has also been reported allegedly as encouraging and even possibly threatening termination of.................................

Atlanta school teachers to go back and erase the wrong answers and "secretly" pencil provide the correct answers as told by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution newspaper reporters in their past two year on-going investigation.......................

One Atlanta school teacher was incredibly reported as verbally speaking the test answers to the entire classroom during the test! While many other teachers were reported as going back and correcting the wrong answers with a pencil visibly showing the erased and corrected answers on paper after class was dismissed for the day.

Another incident as recently reported in January 2011 by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution investigation has surprising GBI evidence and determined that approx. 45-50 students in an un-specified Atlanta's public school were sitting at long tables reviewing and correcting each ones test answers, while the teacher actually watched! The proctor was nowhere to be found at the time of this examination!

Sheila Evans, veteran third-grade school teacher at Beenteen Atlanta elementary school has been alleged and reported as telling each one of the students during the SRCT (criterion-referenced compency test) the answers by verbally speaking out the answers after the proctor walked out of the room to take a break and even had the nerve to softly speak the answers while the proctor was in the room during testing.

On top of that fact? The Atlanta school administrators allegedly told the teachers to change the answers or you will somehow be secretly disciplined and possibly terminated by the proper Atlanta authorities, although at the time we do not punish "whistle-blowers", your license to teach will be discredited anywhere in the state of Georgia as told by teacher and "whistle-Blower".

Teacher Paul Landerman, who formerly taught at Carver Early College High, and who is still ironically unemployed regarding this unfortunate incident with Atlanta school administrators and his expensive attorney(s)....................................

And given the fact that so many Atlanta school administrators are still trying to "swept this entire incident under the rug?" Yet, causing so many valuable, talented, and truly remarkable teachers to just simply be-out-of-work.

These alleged incidents of cheating somehow began whenever the new Atlanta school superintendent Beverly L. Hall took over office back in the year of 1999. She simply stated that she would improve the SRCT test scores of these poor communities here in Atlanta, GA. USA and indeed she did remarkably.

However? maybe a little too remarkably? Which seem to raise some eyebrows of investigative expert newspaper reporters for the Atlanta Journal-Constitution back in the year of 2008.........................

And especially after the fact that Hall received this top medal of honor from our present president Barack Obama in the year of 2009 for the award of the National Board of Education Sciences................

AJC newspaper reporters Alan Judd and Heather Vogell immediately went to work continuously to prove that there was a cheating scandal going on each and every year regarding the SRCT test scores and have been every since Beverly L. Hall took over this position of Atlanta school superintendent in 1999................

Beverly L. Hall came from the New York and New Jersey school district in the year of 1998 and was somehow elected to the Atlanta superintendent of the city of Atlanta, Ga. school district in 1999. The majority of intelligent voters and readers of the New York Times newspaper stated that they "had sent us a rotten apple? Why did she actually leave this high paying position?"..................

Ironically and even comically! The Atlanta school administrators hired an attorney called Penn Payne to investigate these scandalous allegations of test cheating. Naturally? Because their legal office was placed on the pay-roll of the City of Atlanta, Ga. USA they did not find any wrongful doings of any school teacher, but at the same time found certain indescrepsences of these "whistle blower teachers".

At the present time of this article. GBI personnel officials have completely taken over this investigation and are still investigating these claims of SRCT cheating. The Atlanta superintendent Beverly L. Hall states to the media as of the year in January 2011 "We need to put this incident behind us and only think about the children, we need to put them back to work regarding their education".
