Attracting Guys: The Confidence Factor

Let's face it: guys love a confident chick. However, there is a difference between confident and just downright arrogant.
Guys love it when women are honest and vocal about what they like, dislike, want and need (in and out of the bedroom). And at the appropriate moments, a woman who takes charge is seen as a major turn on. In addition, a girl who can challenge a guy on the spot and displays a little feistiness is perfectly acceptable and respectable. But, if a woman is too demanding and treats everyone around her like dirt, that's when one has to draw the line. An arrogant lady is an embarassment for the man that has to be seen with her, and her days with him may be numbered.

Whatever you do, don't latch onto your man like a leech. He will run far, far away. Being possessive, jealous, clingy and needy are all deal breakers. So what if he looks at another woman? He's with you, isn't he? You shouldn't feel threatened; rather, you should feel empowered. Take it a step further and acknowledge that other woman are attractive. He'll be blown away by your confidence.

Revel in the attention that other men pay to you in your guy's presence. Smile, flirt mildly, and walk like you own the street. Swing those hips, run your hand through your hair, and don't look back. That is, unless you want to watch all the men in your path drool over you. And don't forget, there are plenty of men out there that would jump for the chance to date you. Let your man know how lucky he is to be with you, as subtly as possible. You don't even need to tell him-display it with your actions. He'll get the picture.

If there's one thing guys can't stand, most often in the beginning stages of dating, it's a girl that needs them all the time. That means she can't take care of herself and is masking some form of insecurity. A gal that has her own goals and agenda is very enticing to men. Not to mention that it earns her more respect.

Don't get me wrong, a guy loves the feeling that he is the stronger sex (at least physically), and will always be happy to change a flat tire for you or offer you his coat when you get cold. He just likes to know that if he can't be around 24/7, you can handle on your own and are not going to fall apart without him.
