Attracting Women - Does Being a Jerk Work?

A lot of the big guys out there telling who you're supposed to be and how you're supposed to act to get women seem to be are claiming that the only way to get girls is to be a complete jerk. Doesn't sound like it'd work, does it? In this article, I'll eliminate some of the confusion and tell you what's what with this method.

There are all these professional "relationship gurus" who are telling you that being nice to girls is going to do nothing but get you a bunch of "friends," and no action. They claim that if you want to get into a girl's good graces, and "score," you have to essentially treat her like one of the guys...talk smack at her, "rip on her," and act like she means precisely nil to you...but don't all those "chick flicks" tell you that women are after sensitive guys who show her that she means the world to him, never saying a bad word to her, always supportive?

So what are you supposed to do? Who should you believe? It can be confusing as all getout..I know. Especially when you consider that both sources are at least half right.

Girls do want to be pampered, but also to feel that their man has a bit of a backbone. There's a balance you can achieve between romantic rich European and middle-class badboy clubber that will absolutely enthrall a woman. Remember, women are complex and sophisticated creatures... they need their guys to be the same way.

Jokes (even somewhat cruel ones), rips, and playful prods are a good way to make her feel like she's a comfortable part of your life. If you joke with her like you do with your best buds, she'll feel even more special to you than if you shower her with romance and start paving her way to the bedroom with rose petals (I might add, please don't do this...it doesn't have the same effect as in the movies).

A guy needs to be able to show a little bit of independence in order to fully attract a woman...being a lovestruck sap, romantic as it may be to some, is weak. Guys are supposed to be strong for their ladies...so show that you do care, but that you ain't losing sleep over whether or not she has everything in the world she could ever want.
