Auburn Array

Layla Lair
Auburn Array

Trickling across skin blood warmed
Falling heavily in escape
Silky scarlet tresses evade
In gentle waves upon her nape

Ascending past her pale face framed
In a dawning of crimson haze
Aglow eyes bloom with mornings hush
Lost in the soft spiraling of shade

Awash, as if candle lit
Her pale form waking and adorned
Flowing ribbons of auburn array
Puddle of their own accord
