All of their weekly auction items are sold "as is - where is" and they offer no guarantee for these sales.

You will be charged a "Buyer's Premium" of 13% of the final "hammer price". If you pay with cash you should expect to receive a 3% discount on your item purchase. All items are sold with no minimum or reserve price but may have applicable sales tax added.

You must make a full payment on the day of the auction. They do currently accept cash, approved checks and credit cards.

Upcoming catalog auction listings are provided at their website but may require .pdf software in order to view them. Join their mailing list and expect to receive an electronic monthly mailing and you have the option to un-subscribe from the mailing list at anytime.

Apple Tree Auctions has a convenient absentee bidding option. These bids can be left with the company by e-mail, fax, or postal mail service. They will need to have your credit card billing information on file, prior to allowing the absentee bid.
There is a $25 minimum bid on all absentee bids and all bids must be received 24 hours prior to the auction. There are also two other ways to participate in absentee bidding and they are via phone or Internet. Internet bidding, however is limited in scope to the catalog of items that you are allowed to place bids on. Internet bidding also incurs a 16% buyer's premium charge as opposed to their standard 13% buyer's premium. Cash or check payments will net you a discount of 3%.
