Brazil are top of the FIFA World Rankings after beating Argentina in the Copa America 2007. Argentina are second, followed by Italy. England are down in 12th place below Euro 2008 qualifying opponents Croatia now up to 6th. Portugal are 10th. Iraq made the biggest jump on the list, moving up 16 spots to number 64 after winning the Asian Cup.

    I'm not surprised that Argentina is so high up in the ranking, but I thought England might be higher up than 12th place.
