If you're in search of a book that will feed your soul and all the while serve as a great investment that can be passed down for generations to come, then you will love A Legacy of Inspiration (December 2007, Enheart Publishing). In her debut title, Author Mary Anna Neal Bradley's inspirational style is a nice mix of Chicken Soup for the Soul meets gifted inaugural poet, Maya Angelou. This book is one filled with answers to life's most difficult problems, inspiration while facing a trial and a renewed faith that life's challenges are really blessings in disguise. With headings such as, "New Beginnings" and "Crises are Tools for Growth", you know you're in for a good read that will bring healing or insight into your innermost needs.

The book opens with a lovely note from the author that sets the tone and calls your soul forth to receive the keys to unlock life's secrets and mysteries, as so eloquently put by Mary Anna Bradley, "I've learned in my golden years that life could be simple if we would only trust that each of our lives have been mapped out and planned for us even before we are born." Her quote implies that life is really less complicated than we believe.

In every chapter the author starts with a scripture or quote that was given to her by loved ones since passed on. These individuals left nuggets of wisdom with the author that provided guidance and understanding during life's most difficult times. Mrs. Bradley shares this wisdom with all of us by bearing her soul and vunerability in the pages of this timeless book.

This author's keen understanding of the way trials and challenges bring about emotional extremes makes this book one to keep by your side - just in time for the proper response or perspective when life shoots you a curve ball. In her words, "When you're disappointed, consider your disappointments as blessings in disguise. When friends forsake you, just ask God to bless them - God bless you. When you feel wrongly done - think: When God is for you who can be against you? When you feel helpless lift up your eyes to the hills from whence cometh your help. And, "When you feel confused, trust God because He alone has the Master Plan."

With such thought provoking chapter titles, one knows this is a book you'll need when you want a good read, looking for consolation or need to give a hurting friend some solid advice.
