Author's Notes on Those Who Dwell Within (Full Story Links Provided)

I have made a few big changes in the story - not drastic, but still big enough to warrant an Author's Note in the middle of the series in order to inform those of you who have already been reading it.

Angelique, whom we saw briefly in Part 12 and who also provided a bit of information about why Gretchen was the way she is, has been removed. Upon considering the future of the story, I find that she fits in much better if she appears later in the series. As well, the tidbit about Gretchen does not need to be revealed that early as the full details are about to unfold in Installment #17.

Rosie was also introduced in Part 12, and unfortunately I did not write down what her purpose was. Since I have completely forgotten where I was going with her, I have removed Rosie altogether.

Many writers fill notebooks with tidbits of info, snatches of thought, dialogue and character notes. These notebooks will later provide the necessary bits to complete a story. I myself, have several notebooks, most of them with partial stories. I have found that a few of these stories would do well if tied together and am slowly developing the current characters to do just that. Therefore, Angelique will most likely appear in the next book, rather than this one. She will also be under her "original" name. The name Angelique was only given to her when she played a part in THIS story, but does not fit in where she is going to be.

As this current story goes along, I am finding that the original ending planned continues to morph constantly. As well, I need the ending to lead into the next book so that changed a lot of things too.

That all being said, you now know there is a second book being planned after I finish this serial novel. Unless I am miraculously "discovered" by a literary agent or publisher, I am guessing that it too, will be a serial novel to be published here on AC. Either way, this should be a fun journey!
