Aveeno Nourish Plus Volumize Shampoo and Conditioner Review

If you have problem hair like me you might want to try the Aveeno Active Naturals shampoo and conditioner. I have a hard time finding products that work well with my hair. I have fine, oily and dry hair. Also with my hair being as long as it is tangling is very hard to avoid. I always end up using a separate spray in conditioner after washing my hair to help prevent tangles. I was unable to find a product out there for all 3 hair types and tangling so I was willing to give anything a chance.

I received free samples and coupons in the mail for Aveeno Active Naturals shampoo and conditioner. So I thought I would give it a shot. It would either work well or not with my combined hair types. The sample I received was the new nourish plus volumize shampoo and conditioner brand. The packaging claims it will strengthen and add body to fine or limp hair. The shampoo and conditioner have the ingredients wheat gluten, wheat germ oil, nymphaea coerulea flower extract, mauritia flexuosa fruit oil, and some others.

Well I do have to say after using the product I was pleased with the results. The scent is nice and not to heavy like some products out there. The shampoo cleaned very well even with the oiliness of my hair. It also rinsed out very clean. It wasn't hard to get the soapiness out of my hair as some shampoos I have used previously have done. I tried the conditioner next. It only took a little bit of the conditioner since it was very thick. The conditioner was great I could actually run my fingers through my hair while it was wet and it didn't tangle up. I went ahead and towel dried my hair after my shower to get most of the water out before blow drying. Even after the use of the towel I could still run my fingers through my hair very easily. Took out the blow dryer and finished my hair and it was so soft and easily manageable. Even after using the blow dryer I could still easily brush my hair. I didn't get much volume like I had hoped, but I was still pleased with the smoothness of my hair. I will most definitely be trying this product again especially with the savings from the coupons I received.
