AVG Free Anti-Virus

Trying free things is the funniest thing in the world to me. I think that being able to try free items, products and software is a great way to find out what works and what doesn't. AVG Free Anti-Virus software was one of my one shop stops this week. There were things I liked about AVG Free Anti-Virus and things I really didn't like.

Even though AVG Anti-Virus Software it helps to protect your computer very well. I found AVG Anti-Virus software to be much more suitable than other free software I've tried in the past. AVG Anti-Virus Software provides real-time protection that allows you to see what's happening with your computer at all times.

As far as Malware and infections go, AVG Anti-Virus Software has a scanner that allows for better and safer web browsing. I get most of my infections from web surfing. But the one thing I did encounter with AVG Anti-Virus Software is that it didn't catch everything that it should had. I found a couple of malware viruses on my computer that were hard to clean off.

AVG Anti-Virus Software checks and searches your computer every single day for viruses. This is setup by default. You can go into your interface and change it if you wish for it not to be this way. I personally use scheduling to when it comes to AVG Anti-Virus Software. The reason for this is because it slows down my computer whenever I allow it to run all the time.

AVG Anti-Virus Software has this feature that I find to be intriguing. If you happen to have a major problem with your system, then AVG Anti-Virus Software will create a disk which is called a "rescue disk," It scans your computer in MS-DOS mode. When you first download AVG Anti-Virus Software, they tell you that it won't mess with your system but this is by far true. During my experience I've noticed major a change in my system whenever it runs.

I loved the new interface that the AVG Anti-Virus Software . I have seen the old the interface and wasn't impressed at all. It's a lot easier to navigate the system .I also loved the automatic updates system AVG Anti-Virus Software has.

Unfortunately the free version of AVG Anti-Virus Software isn't complete. But you can't really expect much when it comes to free software.

Other than the fact that AVG Anti-Virus Software let me down a couple of times, I still feel that it's one of the better anti-virus softwares, along with a handful of others. If you can't afford to buy an anti-virus software then you might want try out AVG Anti-Virus Software .
