Avo-Garbo Chip Dip

This delicious dip blends two of my personal favorites, Avocado and Garbanzo Beans, and blends it into a creamy burst of excitement.

Ingredients

Serves 12
15.5 ounce can Garbanzo Beans
2 TBSP Tahini
1/4 Cup Lime Juice
1-2 cloves Garlic
1 whole Avocado

Directions for Avo-Garbo Chip Dip

Drain the garbanzo beans
Open the can of garbanzo beans and drain the liquid into a separate bowl.

Add to blender
Place the garbanzo beans into a food processor and pour in half the liquid.

Add ingredients
Add everything else to the blender.

Blend
Blend the ingredients like crazy until the mix is smooth or to the desired consistency.

Serve
Serve with chips or on a veggie platter. I enjoy sweet potato chips the most as it adds it's own unique taste.
Tip
Add more or less garlic to taste.
