Amongst the products were several lip balms, which were just under $1 each. The first one I tried was Strawberry Fraise, and it is one of their 'Flavor Savors' line.
First of all I couldn't get into these. They have a tight seal, over the product, and although there is a perforation line, where the cap is, I just couldn't turn it. I got a box cutter to do it, and Len took it away from me, and turned and broke the seals with his teeth. It's great to have a man around the house.
The Strawberry Fraise has the most amazing strawberry smell. It is just like having a pint of strawberries in front of you. Then applying the red lip balm, you feel as if you are actually eating strawberries. It goes on clear, and shiny, but it has the strawberry taste to it. Your lips feel full of moisture.
The Avon Basics Lip balm I have is part of the Care Deeply range. It is lip balm with aloe. This one is white, and has a light floral fragrance. Even though it has aloe in it, I didn't notice any difference in the amount of moisture, than the Strawberry Fraise.
The third one I purchased was Avon Moisture Therapy Intensive Treatment. I checked on the label, and it states that it helps prevent sunburn. So although it doesn't state in the title, or on the tube, I am wondering if it has a SPF in it. Again this lip balm is white, doesn't really have a fragrance to it, but does have lots of moisture.
It is difficult to say which one is the best, but the Moisture Therapy probably kept my lips moist longer than the other two.
All of them are net weight 4.2 g., or .15 ounce.
You can purchase them from amazon.com, like I did, or through an Avon Representative. I was one 40 years ago, in England.
Thinking back on my lip balms, I have to say that these are as good as the Blistex Herbal Answer with aloe, chamomile, and avocado, which is on top of my list.

Yes, he is home, and very happy to be here.
Nicely done, I am a huge fan of plain old vaseline :) It keeps the lips moist and it's cheap! Cheers :) (Hope Len is feeling better :)
