Babe's Chicken Dinner House is a place of its own. With its unfinished wood walls, plank wood floors, mismatched antique chairs and tables, western style décor, and time stained lace window coverings, Babe's' is reminiscent of an old western eating house.

The spacious dining area has ample seating. It's perfect for small or large parties. Babe's is a popular local lunch spot, so you may have to wait up to fifteen minutes for a table if you arrive during the lunch hour. But not to worry, there's plenty of seating in the waiting area where you can relax with a snoozing mock cowboy.

Babe's is home cooking at its best, but it's not like a typical restaurant. You aren't given a menu with various meals to select from. Instead a cheerful waitress will tell you what kinds of meats they serve at Babe's and allow you to choose which kind you want.

The service at Babe's is good. They are attentive and quick to get you seated. Although if you go during lunch hour it can take the waitresses a little longer to refill drinks and sides.

Overall the waitresses and hostesses are very friendly and are great about making sure you have what you need and are enjoying your dining experience at Babe's.
