Baby Gabriel Dad Logan to Meet with Marlon Brando Private Investigator Jay J. Armes

Baby Gabriel's father, Logan McQueary, has hired famous private investigator Jay J. Armes for help in finding his missing eight-month-old son, Gabriel Johnson, who will turn nine months in two days. When I spoke with highly-reputed private investigator Armes today, he told me that McQueary will meet with him tomorrow evening in El Paso, Texas. Armes' agency, The Investigators, is based in El Paso.

Armes' most famous case involved the custody-related kidnapping and return in 1972 of Christian Brando, the son of actor Marlon Brando. Jay J. Armes and his posse of investigators tracked down the boy in Mexico. The team apprehended the kidnappers and rescued Christian. They returned him from Mexico to Brando in Los Angeles.

Armes became interested in missing Baby Gabriel when a supporter of Baby Gabriel and Logan McQueary, Angel Jodielee (who has asked that her last name not be used), acted upon her heartfelt desire to help the McQuearys and thus searched out and contacted Armes. Angel Jodielee told Armes what she knew about missing Baby Gabriel. She also explained that the McQuearys don't have the finances to pay a private investigator. Armes responded that his work would be pro bono. When speaking with Armes today, I asked if he had called McQueary or McQueary had called him. He said McQueary called him.

Logan McQueary believes his infant son is alive. Many supporters believe the same. However, since the recent publicity about a landfill search that began today with about thirty investigators, some people around the nation have stopped looking out for Baby Gabriel, stopped passing out fliers with his picture, and stopped having hope that he is alive. But the loud strong message that young dad Logan McQueary and his family and private investigator Jay J. Armes want everyone to hear is- Baby Gabriel is alive.

McQueary is on his way to Texas. His first intention was to re-trace the kidnapping trail that Baby Gabriel's mother, Elizabeth Johnson, took with Baby Gabriel from Tempe Arizona to San Antonio Texas and search out people who may have seen his missing son (a 978-mile journey). However, whether or not that is still his intention, he will first stop along the way in El Paso to talk with Jay J. Armes, PI. El Paso is only about 425 miles from Tempe. From El Paso to San Antonio will be an additional 553 miles.

About the rumors. Baby Gabriel could be almost anywhere after disappearing from sight on December 27. He was last sighted on December 26 in San Antonio. However, rumors that may hold some truth are that he's in Mexico, Texas, Tennessee, or Arizona.

The Texas rumor that Johnson gave Baby Gabriel to an underground adoption agency in Texas mainly stems from the message that Tammi Smith put on her Facebook page- "Please keep praying for Gabriel and his mommy's safety on the road! She found an underground help in TX that has given her formula/ diapers, Etc. and all the legal formalities... Keep praying for his safety!!!!!!"

The Tennessee rumor is based on Smith having contacted Janet Morris of The Adoption Place to ask her advice on behalf of Johnson. Morris advised that Johnson immediately return with Gabriel to Arizona. Yet, Morris's home was searched and so was the home belonging to a son of Jack Smith's. Jack is the husband of Tammi Smith.

The Arizona rumor is based on a possible sighting of Baby Gabriel in Tempe Arizona on December 31. While the other rumors have some factual basis, this particular rumor has yet to be investigated for validity.

If Baby Gabriel is in Mexico, it would seem he would never be found if it were not for the infusion of a powerful new element in the case of missing Baby Gabriel- Jay J. Armes and his team of private investigators, who tracked down Christian Brando in Mexico, rescued him, and returned him to his father, Marlon Brando. They also apprehended the kidnappers. Hope for Baby Gabriel's safe return is very much alive!
