I was having trouble falling asleep until I tried the Baby Hugo Naturals Calming Baby Oil in Vanilla and Chamomile. The scent of the oil was so soothing and relaxing that it does help calm my mind enough so I can fall asleep without medication, which is nice. I even like how the natural ingredients in the oil make my skin silky soft with only a little bit of it in a warm bath.
The Baby Hugo Calming Baby Oil comes in a 4 fluid ounce bottle, which I know does not sound like a lot, but a little bit goes a long ways. The bottle also has a hand pump on it so I can easily squirt the oily out carefully without making a mess, which is a plus. I really hate oily messes. The oil itself is not too greasy at all and has a sweet vanilla aroma with a hint of soft herbal chamomile. The scent is heavenly peaceful I must say and cannot get enough of it. The ingredients this baby oil contains are wheat germ, jojoba seed, vitamins, vanilla fruit, almond oil, borage and chamomile. These ingredients are what give this natural body oil a peaceful calming aroma to help soothe the mind and nourishment to help nourish the skin and body so it can be silky and supple.
The first way I like to use this natural baby oil is by taking a warm shower and getting the skin warm and damp. I find when the skin is warm and damp the oil absorbs quicker and better into my skin without feeling greasy or heavy. The way I apply the baby oil is by squirting 2 to 3 squirts of the oil into my hands and than massaging it into my body and skin really well.
The second way I like to use the baby oil is by pouring ¼ cup of it into my warm bath and just soaking in it. I find it helps soften up the skin and body this way and really, helps relax the mind because I am able to breathe the calming and soothing vanilla chamomile aroma that is coming from it for a long time. However, the oil can leave the tub slippery so be careful when using it for making a bath.
The third way I use the oil is by pouring ¼ cup into a small bowl and mixing it with about 1 cup of sugar to make a moisturizing body scrub that helps exfoliate and nourish the skin naturally and well. My skin becomes silky soft and smooth after using this body in this way.
I would highly recommend the Baby Hugo Calming Baby Oil in Vanilla and Chamomile to anyone having a hard time falling asleep at night because it sure helps ease my mind. I would not recommend it if it did not. I even think this baby oil is gentle enough to use for giving baby a massage when you are trying to relax him or her. I also would simply recommend this baby oil to someone who is looking for a great oil to soak in the tub with because it does wonders for relaxing the whole body while softening up the skin. With this all being said, this oil is expensive depending on where you get it. However, I think it is worth the price and will continue using it in the future. I wish you all the best of luck at getting too sleep faster and better.
