Assembly:

Paint the dowel and allow for drying time. Next wind pink ribbon, then lavender ribbon around the dowel placing a dot of glue at the top and bottom of dowel to hold ribbons in place. Fishing line

Needle

Use a tape measure to determine the length of the garland and cut fishing line to this measurement.
