Baby Wipes Restore Old Furniture!

An Eureka Moment

Jessica Bosari
It may be widespread knowledge that baby wipes do a great job on everyday tasks like dusting and cleaning spills. Did you know they do wonders getting grime off old furniture?

Eureka!

One day I was cleaning in my son's room and grabbed a baby wipe to get some dusting done. As I started rubbing some of the darker stains on his chair, I saw the dark residue was coming clean. I thought little of it, but made a mental memo to get the appropriate cleaner later.

Wipes Work Better than Store-Bought Cleaner

After a ride to the home improvement store, I returned with a cleaner made to remove old residue from furniture. I used the store-bought cleaner, but was let down to see the stains were not coming off, even with intense scrubbing. So I tried the baby wipes again and was so overwhelmed with the results, I had to take some pictures to share.

The usefulness of baby wipes is endless. I cannot tell you if other brands work well, but I was using Huggies Natural Care. They are the only product I found that removes mother's milk stains from my floor; and now, look at this, they restore old furniture!

I use Huggies to take my make-up off every night works great and don't have to use expensive make-up removers.

I actually found this article on Mint Articles and it led me to your page here. It's amazing that the wipes worked better than a store bought cleaner. Thanks!
