It was their first sit down reunion since their break up in early June, but the reunion between Bachelor Jake Pavelka and his ex Vienna Girardi was reportedly over before it began on Monday nights episode of the new Bachelorette season premier.

The reunion reportedly turned ugly while both Pavelka and Girardi were being filmed for the special that aired on ABC, and reportedly drew in one of the largest viewing audience in recent seasons. What America saw last night is just some of what really went down between the two who were determined to clear their names with the public and tabloids.

Both Jake Pavelka and Vienna Girardi took to their respective Twitter accounts after the Bachelorette aired with Pavelka tweeting, "Thanks everybody! I really appreciate the ongoing support" and Girardi tweeting, "Thank you for all your support. The truth will always prevail. I'm so glad people see what I have been going through. Love you all."

The show started with a recap of the end of last season's The Bachelor where Jake proposed to Vienna and told her he loved her.

Fast forward to Monday night. The two were visibly uncomfortable being seated next to each other as the interview started, but it was when host Chris Harrison asked how the two felt about each other, the breakup and what they wanted to say to each other the fireworks really started, and neither stopped arguing their point of view until Vienna stormed off the set..

Vienna repeated everything she told Star Magazine that it was a lack of intimacy, verbal abuse and cheating accusations that broke up the couple. She said the intimacy in their relationship stopped abruptly a month after they got together and she felt like the relationship took a backseat to Jake's fame, red carpet events and Dancing With the Stars. Jake said that while he had real love for Vienna and she challenged him, she found himself not able to trust her as their relationship went on and said she became too overbearing for him.

According to insiders with the Bachelor and Bachelorette host Chris Harrison asked Vienna many times to stop interrupting Jake while he was speaking as Jake was becoming visibly angered at her interrupting him.

Jake at one point told Vienna, "What guy in America would ever want to be intimate with a woman that undermines him, emasculates and doesn't respect him?" and "I'm disgusted with you" and as he was continually being interrupted by Vienna he blew up and screamed, "Please, stop interrupting me!" and reportedly raised his fist in Vienna's direction which caused the Bachelor winner to cry, "You're the vainest person I have ever met in my life" before storming off the set and slamming a door to keep the camera man away from her.

Vienna made it clear before she left that Jake had a volatile temper and called him a "fame whore" obsessed with the spotlight. She said Jake threw their GPS device in the back of the car several times and he also shouted at her while they were moving furniture in their home.
