Bachelor Pad Sneak Peak: Watch New Previews of Episode 5 as Dave Defends Himself and Elizabeth Coaxes Kovacs into Private Fantasy Suite Date (Airs Sept. 5, 2010-ABC)

Tension in the mansion is mounting and emotions are running high. With a $250,000 carrot dangling in front of everyone's noses, the last 11 contestants are scrambling to strengthen the bonds they have with the others in the group, now that Wes and Krisily are gone.

Dave defends himself

When Krisily was blindsided at last week's elimination, she did not pull any punches and spoke her mind about being lied to (by Dave) giving her reason to feel safe. She admittedly "holds a grudge."

In this week's new preview, Dave defends himself and tries to spin his story to convince the others he told her that they intended to do so, but things changed at the last minute. He is concerned about how the others now see him, saying "I want the guys to trust me."

Three women to be eliminated

With four men and seven women remaining, the show will begin with an elimination to even up the male-female playing field. The previews show host Chris Harrison telling the group three women will be leaving later that morning, and for the girls to go and pack their bags.

The best guess is that each of the four remaining men-Kiptyn, Kovacs, Dave, and Jesse B.-will vote to save four women.

If so, here's the prediction: The obvious are Kiptyn saves Tenley and Kovacs saves Elizabeth. Dave will save Peyton (so as not to alert house he and Natalie have a thing going) and Jesse B. saves Natalie. The three going home will be: Ashley, Gwen and Nikki.

Elizabeth coaxes and Kovacs coaches

Other eliminations will likely happen, perhaps with a quiz on what contestants know about one another. Previews show Kovacs coaching a forgetful Elizabeth through personal information.

Sneaking around seems to be a theme this week, and Elizabeth coaxes Kovacs into having some romance of their own and they sneak into the fantasy suite for a private date. (Is it sneaking when the cameras are following your every move to capture it on film?)

As the end of the season nears, the $250,000 is within reach for several contestants, but the one who is likely to win it still remains a mystery for now.

Watch these newest previews to get a teaser of what is in store for episode 5 of The Bachelor Padairing on Monday at 8 p.m.
