Bachelorette Ali Reveals Wrestler Justin is a Con Man

Did Justin Get Caught Telling Lies? or Did He Orchestrate the Whole Thing?

Bachelorette Ali Fedotowsky gets some shocking news in the June 28th episode of The Bachelorette. Ali finds out that professional wrestler, Justin Rego, has been lying to Ali about why he was on the show.

The truth comes out when The Bachelorette host, Chris Harrison, pays a visit to Ali in her hotel room. Chris tells Ali there is something she needs to know. Instead of telling Ali the bad news himself, he calls Jessie, who was on the last season of The Bachelor.

Somehow Jessie knows a woman who claims to be Justin's long-term girlfriend. To me it seems a bit suspicious that someone from a previous season of The Bachelor has inside information about Justin's life. I felt like singing, "It's a small world after all."

Jessie hands the phone to Jessica, Justin's alleged girlfriend. Jessica tells Ali that Justin was only on The Bachelorette to get his foot in the door of the entertainment industry. Justin planned on getting to the top three (because then he would be famous), and then leave the show to marry Jessica. Jessica knew about his plan and even helped Justin with his head shots for The Bachelorette.

So why did Jessica spill the beans? Jessica supposedly found out that Justin had another secret girlfriend.

Is Jessica's appearance on The Bachelorette an example of a woman scorned? Or was this a staged event that is simply part of Justin's master plan to get famous? Perhaps Justin realized he had to get himself eliminated before Ali made a visit to his hometown in an upcoming episode.

Obviously Justin is a con man. All of the guys knew it right from the beginning. The guys tried to get Justin voted off the show when Ali wanted to know if anyone was there for the wrong reasons. Kasey called him "creepy" and Craig R. came to the conclusion that Justin "doesn't care about Ally, it's all about gaining attention."

Unfortunately, Ali felt sympathy for Justin. She thought he was simply misunderstood by the guys.

After learning that she had been deceived, Ali goes to the guys' hotel room. In front of the guys, Ali asks Justin if he is missing his girlfriend in Canada.

Justin looks stunned, then high tails it out of there. Ali tries to confront Justin, but he literally runs away.

Even with a boot on his broken leg, Justin avoids confrontation by going off the paved path and awkwardly limps through the shrubs. Not exactly the type of reaction I would expect from a professional wrestler. Does he really want to be famous for being the coward who ran through the bushes?

Eventually Justin returns. My guess is the producers of The Bachelorette threatened to not pay him if he left. Perhaps he would even be forced to pay his own airfare back to Canada.

Justin says he is just friends with Jessica. When Ali asks if Jessica lied, he doesn't know how to answer that question and leaves.

As Justin walks away, the producers play a voice-mail of Justin telling Jessica that he still loves her and wants her to be his wife.

Is it even legal to play a recording of a private telephone call? It makes me even more suspicious that Justin was calling all the shots.

I also wonder how Kasey - who was voted off and left on a glacier in the last episode of The Bachelorette - feels about Justin's deception. I wouldn't be surprised if Kasey feels the need to get some serious revenge on Justin. Maybe next season's reality show will be titled: Wrestler vs. Tattoo Man.

I've never watched The Bachelorette, but I have friends who love it. Sounds like intrigue is involved there lately!
