These three handy storage items will help you stay organized. You've got a lot to keep up with including new class schedules and homework. Organizing your dorm room from the start will make it easier to adjust to dorm life and keep track of your must items.
Removable hooks:
Many dorm rooms have rules about nails and other permanent fixtures in dorm rooms but luckily there are some really reliable and truly removable temporary hooks. You can cut down on clutter by hanging rather piling your dorm room necessities. Removable hooks come in a variety of sizes and weight bearing capabilities for hanging everything from coats and dirty laundry bags to scarves and backpacks.
Don't forget that you don't have to hang everything in plain sight. Consider hanging some items like purses, toiletry bags or sports equipment on the inside on the closet door.
Under the bed storage boxes with wheels:
Stacking crates and other creative storage units are cool but not everything in your dorm room needs to be on display. Store essentials that aren't going to be used on a daily basis like first aid kits, heating pads, board games and snow boots in an under the bed box with wheels.
Free up drawer space by using another under the bed storage box for out of season clothes and bed linens.
Hanging toiletry bag:
Shower caddies sound great for the dorm bathroom but they are not practical for packing to travel. Who wants to pack and unpack and repack toiletries? Save time with a toiletry bag that has a hanging hook and unrolls for easy access. This way you're ready to go for overnight travel or a visit home for college break as well as your daily routines.
Consolidating saves time and space. Get a toiletry bag with plenty of room and compartments for everything for hair care products to nail kits to shaving essentials.
Removable hooks, under the bed rolling storage boxes and the perfect toiletry bag will go a long way towards helping you keep your dorm room and dorm life organized.
