General causes breathing odoriferous
Many people have bad breath when they wake up in the morning. Everything will be fine for a few hours after you brush you teeth, but time will pass and the bad smell will slowly return.
From time to time you have bad breath. It is likely that you realize immediately how your breath smells after having onions or garlic. It is also likely for your breath to smell from the cigarette tobacco or from the cigarette smoke inhaled. Another temporary cause for bad breath is alcohol drinking.
There may be other occasional cases for which you breath smells. Many people chew gum, or use mouth spray every time they need to hide the smell and respiration. If the reason why your breath smells is due to poor dental hygiene or from the eaten food, then these means of hiding the smell will likely have a short duration effect.
There is also the case of a permanent bad breath: so-called chronic bad breath. Those who suffer from it often have the most clean and cared for teeth and there is no apparent reason why their mouths and noses smell.
Often after you eat, food scraps stay in your mouth. Even if you brush your teeth immediately after eating, it is possible not to wash everywhere inside the mouth. The food left is attacked by a bacterium that is found in each of our bodies. This causes the bad breath. A first solution to combat this is to wash your teeth often and carefully.
Make sure you wash your teeth at least five minutes or more. If you wash for a shorter period of time, it is quite likely that you will not wash all areas. You can also tell that not all toothpastes are the same.
Some products used in dental hygiene create more problems than they solve. You will need to use products containing soda or peroxide as the main ingredient. These two products help to remove the cause of bad breath and thus you will feel safer and more comfortable when you have a conversation with colleagues, friends, and relatives.
