Bad Girl

Pikie Melago
She's talked about
She's laughed at
But deep inside
She's just the same
As any other girl
In her 11th grade class.

Why does a reputation
For being a "bad girl"
Overcome all the good
She does for the poor
The homeless
And the elderly?

She gets straight A's
She has a plan
For her future
And wants to be
A doctor
Who heals the sick.

She's called a "bad girl"
She sleeps around
But she doesn't care
She knows
Its just one aspect of life.

Ah brings back memories. There are always bad girls in high school out there.

Very interesting about a difficult time of life for all of us.

Really thought provoking! High school years are the hardest to be an individual-there is so much pressure to be popular, "normal", a jock, etc. Anyone who can maintin his or her individuality then is a strong person!

Nice, and to answer Paul's query, send her trashy little bad gurl backside over to see me. I'll tell ya if she's a bad gurl or not. Some of 'em are just frontin' ya know. I will undertake an in depth study. If she fits into any of Pikie's previously defined "Bimbo" classifications, bleach blond or otherwise, I'll get to the "bottom" of it, as it were.
