Bad Mothers Who Should Not Have Kids

I don't know call me crazy or quote me on this, I see so many mothers that shouldn't even have children, They do crack, drink all the time smoke the pot and scream at their children , they don't take time for them and send them to another room all the time because they are two busy with friends trying to figure out where their next high is coming from. Their kids walk around with raggy clothes on, they don't play with to many kids and when they do it gets crazy, They don't have bikes or roller blades , games nothing. It is not because they can not afford it. Its because all the money they get goes for their high, The crack, the beer the pot! I'm so tired of this crap, I'm venting because I know of one child and it upsets me that no one has got involved at all, this boy is like 12 years old I have seen him around the neighborhood for 3 years now and nothing changes, He asked me two years ago if I could bu him a bike, Just last year he asked if I could get him roller blades like my sons or a skateboard. It is so sad. He tells a few kids about how his mom tossed a kettle of stew across the kitchen and grabbed a big knife to kill her boyfriend and then she was looking for the cat he said, well the cat is gone. HM. I said enough is enough so I called on her and they did a visit and nothing was done. Well now she is in jail on a 10,000 cash bond. Her son is with her boyfriend but he is also a crack head. who just got out of jail. they leave that child home alone all the time. he takes care of himself. I'm done messing around with trash hurting children and messing up their young lives, I'm talking to the school about this and maybe they will get something done. He said he hates his mother because she hits him and she isn't like other moms. He told my son I wish my mom was like yours.
any input on what I should do besides what I'm going to do??
