Are you looking for a quick and easy meal to make when you have nothing in the house? Try Bagel Bites Three Cheese 9 Count Frozen 7oz by the Heinz Company. I bought these thinking I would make them for my son in a pinch but ended up liking them myself. I would make them for him but then I would end up eating all of them. I think they were a little difficult for my son to eat at first. After preparing them, the bagel part of the bagel bite would be a little too crispy and he wouldn't be able to bite down and chew them completely. This is where I came in and ended up finishing them. I haven't tried making them for him again, just for my husband and myself. We really enjoy them. I grew up making myself pizza bagels all of the time. Bagel bites take the hard work out of preparing them myself. All I have to do is take them out of the freezer and pop them in the oven. This is such a simple meal to make. The only problem is portion control. They are so good that I end up eating much more than I should. The good part about these bagel bites is that they are made from real cheese and they are baked in the oven.

I found that they are available in the following sizes:
• 9ct
• 18ct
• 40ct
• 60ct (Club)

After doing my research for this review, I was happy to see that the sodium intake was not that high. I have seen much worse sodium percentages on other frozen products. Here again, I have to make sure that I don't overeat though.

Taste and Preparation:

They actually taste like you are eating pizza. Cooked correctly, you can't go wrong with this delicious treat. Don't overcook them or else the bagel part burns and you can't bite into them. They are really tiny so you need to eat quite a few of them in order to get full. My husband would need to eat the entire box for him to get full. I am probably good with half the box. My poor son only ends up with one or two. You can pop them right in the microwave or the oven, whichever you prefer. I usually use the microwave only because it is so much quicker but they don't come out as good as if you were to cook them on the regular oven.

I found this on a website to help with cooking instructions: http://www.tsbvi.edu/Education/recipes/heat-n-serve/BagelBitesThreeCheese.htm
