Ingredients

1 Raw potato, thinly sliced
1 Llime, quartered
1 Cup Olive oil
pinch Sea salt, to taste
pinch Chili powder, to taste

Prep Instructions
Squeeze the lime quarters over raw potato slices, then slice lime rinds into thin strips, adding them to the potatoes. Sprinkle with salt and chili powder while preheating the olive oil for 3 minutes on high in a microwavable serving dish.

Microwave Cooking Instructions
Carefully add the lime rinds and potato slices to hot olive oil, and microwave on high for 7 minutes. Carefully stir and microwave for an additional 7 minutes more. When finished, turn chips out onto paper-towel lined plate, re-seasoning if more spiciness if preferred, and allow to cool completely before eating.
