Ingredients
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. regular grits, uncooked
1 stick margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. cheddar cheese, grated
Method
Bring milk to a boil. Add the grits and cook for about 10 minutes or until thickened, stirring frequently. Stir in the margarine, salt and cheese. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased casserole dish and bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. (Makes 6 to 8 servings)
