Of all my favorite foods that please,
None please me more than baked mac and cheese
None please me more than baked mac and cheese
With flavors rolling on my tongue
The savoring has just begun
I take one bite, and soon you'll see
I'm moving on to two, now three
Bites five and six soon follow four
And when you think I'll eat no more
I'll smile and burp and come right back
To chowing down baked cheese and mac!

Post a CommentHey did someone say Macaroni and Cheese! Growing up the magic word was "Please". Now Khara, some would say I have no manners, some even say I'm a bit of a sleaze...but like Aretha suggest I learned to R-E-S-P-E-C-T and out of respect - like James Brown I would utter the words "Please, Please, Please!" before I even thought of going for the crust of Nana's Macaroni and Cheese. In this case "Perry Mason" - call Tony to testify of my over tastin'...Yes with all certainty and without a doubt Tony will tell with conviction that this was, and is today truly my favorite "roni".
yes, really yummy.
