8 plum tomatoes - large and ripe - cut in half lengthwise
2 cups black olives - pitted and halved
12 garlic cloves - sliced
1 cup scallions - sliced
3 tbsp tarragon - dried
3 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp thyme - dried
2 tbsp basil dried
1 tbsp black pepper
2 cups dry white wine
1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup parmesan cheese - grated
1 tbsp salt

Mix Dry Seasonings and Gently Rub on Tops of Tomato Halves
Mix tarragon, basil, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Rub seasoning mixture on top of each plum tomato slice. Gently pierce the sides of each tomato slice.2
Lightly Saute Garlic, Olives and Scallions in Olive Oil
Gently saute garlic, olives and scallions in olive oil in a pre-heated pan over medium heat.3
Place Tomatoes, White Wine, Sauteed Garlic, Scallions, Olives and Remaining Seasoning Mix In An Oven-Proof Baking Dish
Pour white wine into an oven-proof baking dish. Add remaining seasoning mixture, and the sauteed garlic, scallions and olives. Mix well. Place tomatoes flat side up in the baking dish.4
Drizzle Olive Oil On Tomatoes And Top With Grated Parmesan Cheese
Drizzle olive oil on tomato slices and sprinkle tomatoes with grated parmesan cheese.5
Bake In Pre-heated 375 Degree Oven For About 15 Minutes and Serve

You can substitute fresh tarragon, basil and thyme if it's available and you are comfortable cooking with fresh herbs.
