Teaser Pleaser is an inexpensive place with a very local Bakersfield vibe; it does not aspire to be a New York City strip club, nor is it a dive.

Teaser Pleaser is a completely nude club; the cover charges are low and the drinks are moderate. There is usually not a very large crowd here and it's a comfortable place with well above average, if not Las Vegas type strippers.

Deja Vu is an almost household name in the California strip club scene. Deja Vu has a club in San Diego, and it has a club in North Hollywood.

The best thing about Deja Vu Showgirls is that no matter what city you are in, you can feel confident that you will have largely the same experience. For those who place a high premium on local flavor, that aspect of Deja Vu may not be attractive. But for Bakersfield, it's probably overall a good thing as it ensures a level of quality and fun that residents of medium sized cities cannot take for granted.

As with all of its other locations, Deja Vu in Bakersfield has completely nude dancing, is very couples friendly and features special theme nights.

Yes, Deja Vu will charge you a cover, but its moderate; given the hotness of its dancers, you will not mind.

The Exotic Kitty is probably my favorite strip joint in Bakersfield. For one, the strippers are hot but local to Bakersfield. The club is well laid out with great locations for private dancing and conversation, believe it or not.

There is a small cover here, but the prices for drinks and lap-dances are very reasonable. Exotic Kittys' is favorite place for Bakersfield area bachelor parties as well and it is very accommodating to the party and the groom to be.

So while other cities in California have a larger number and more renown strip joints, these three in Bakersfield are very popular with locals and visitors alike.
