Balance Your Love for Fast Food Burgers and Still Maintain Your Weight

We all realize that extra calories translate into extra weight but what we may not realize is the actual amount of calories we take in from the same pre-made commercially offered comfort foods that we normally consume. High caloric "on the go convenience foods" are some of the main culprits in the extra bulge around our waistlines.

There are probably only a few among us that have built up the resistance to avoid the extra calories at our favorite food chains. For those of us who have NOT decided to put away those runs to the local hamburger greasy spoon, I have provided a little in your face calorie check.

Burger King Restaurants

Whopper

My Burger King burger of choice is the Whopper Jr., I get the satisfaction of eating what I want, without all of the calories of the larger burgers and they tend to also have a kinder effect on my pocket book. And remember don't skimp on the heart healthy veggies!
