At this resort park in south central Kentucky, eagle watch tours take place on open barges or pontoon boats and are hosted by the US Army Corp of Engineers. Participants are required to provide their own USCG approved life jacket and should dress to protect from the cold, potentially wet or snowy outdoor environment. Included in the weekend's programming is a hike to Eagles Point overlook.
Eagle Watch Weekends are hosted by the Dale Hollow Lake State Resort Park January 15-16, January 22-23, and February 5-6 for the 2010 season. Pre-registration is required. Lodging can be booked inside the park at the Mary Ray Oaken Lodge.

Located near the Land Between the Lakes area in western Kentucky, the Kentucky Dam Village State Resort Park offers guided eagle watch tours by yacht or passenger van. Yacht tours provide a climate controlled indoor viewing deck as well as an outdoor viewing deck. Van tours visit the waterfowl management area and are hosted by a wildlife biologist.
