Bangin'

Walton S. Tissot
The butt end of the Argonaut's rail and ticket,
Slauson park, and the very birth of externalities,
Red and blue the hue and flavor of expression,
Passed to turning no cheeks and breaking rocks,
Shaded hazy dreamscape of the history is myth;
Mister Carter laid it out all real, for the people.
Panthers or Us seizing self affirmation and a destiny,
FBI, COINTELPRO main directive:
Neutralize and cripple,
Agent provocateur, structured and set up to manifest,
Memorandum: lay the vote, kill'um fast and blame Us,
Next thin the pack, as they take their rests, and re set.
New nation of reformed reform and love of the self,
Power to pockets, baby cribs in Inglewood cemetery,
The super fly coming together with the replacements,
Constituted Community Reform Inner- Party Service.
Prime time black on black crime, flood and waves,
Bitter and emaciated, communal divide and failure,
Enter a new class, fresh the blood from rice fields.
Centralized intelligent ticket punched clandestinity,
Contra gate race to congress, and the surplus store.
Specialized task forces and all the prison industries.

I think you have captured the history and cultural evolvement beautifully, and left the sad note in the end as a testament to the fact that freedom is in the mind, and much has yet to be achieved.
