NOTE: Due to the timing of this bailout bill heard in conjunction with the AIG Bailout in September with less than a week's deliberation, the single digit now approval rating for Congress, rushed and "under the table" administration provisions contained within under simply the Secretary of the Treasury's sole discretion, and prior to then releasing Congress and Congressional members so they could go back to their district's to being their re-election campaigns, wonder just how much of this money was presented as a needed bailout, but in fact were sums needed for these anarc

hists to use for their campaigns to remain in office.

More an "insider trading" and "loan" to these Congressmen, than a bailout - or more accurately, a "bailout" of the foreign investors that "took a risk" and lost in buying mortgage backed securities on the secondary market - Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac had plenty of money due to their pyramid scheme - it was the foreign investors that lost, and the American people are being used to pay them back for these banks fraud on those investors who were not accurately apprised of the risks involved in buying securities on the "secondary" markets.

What fraud...each one of these Congressmen and those that voted for that bailout should be "arrested" and charged with anarchy under the Constitution.
