Looking absolutely stunning, Bar Refaeli was spotted out at Armani Ristorante in New York City on Tuesday night (February 16).

Attending a cocktail party to celebrate the New York premiere of "Shutter Island," the sexy supermodel mingled with fellow guests including Roberta Armani and Michelle Trachtenberg while refusing to pose alongside her actor beau, Leonardo DiCaprio.

The sighting comes after rumors of an engagement between Bar and Leo - which have been shot down by insiders, who tell that DiCaprio doesn't want to settle down until his acting days are over.

The source tells, "The truth is I'm very lucky to be in the position I'm in and I don't want to look back at this time and say I didn't take advantage of that. And if other stuff (a family) happens to come along in a natural progression, so be it."
