Barack Obama and Harry Reid Attempt to Force the DREAM ACT Amnesty Over the Wil of the Majority of American People like Obamacare

As you know the subject of illegal immigration is a very controversial topic in our country. It should not be, but there are many people who are not patriotic or do not understand the concept of what illegal means. The fact that the economy is in bad shape makes it even more controversial that criminal illegal invaders are taking jobs from Americans, driving down wages, and committing countless crimes including fraud by having children here intentionally so the anchor babies can get welfare, WIC, food stamps, public housing and other benefits instead of Americans down on their luck. With SB1070 passed in Arizona and the fact that a majority of Americans not only support it but hope that their states would do this should let politicians know that Americans do not want these criminals here. They don't want reasons for more to come and the ones here to be shipped back. If you followed the debate over Obamacare you will know that Obama and the vast majority of democrats do not care what the American people think and try to spin it after voting against the American people. Just ask Blanche Lincoln about her healthcare vote and she tries to spin it.

Most people would think in a year that people are really unhappy with Obama and the Democrats that they would not try to do anything controversial. That is common sense though. These are liberals we are dealing with and not rational people. Harry Reid is in the political fight of his life in Nevada against a relative unknown in Sharon Angle and most polls have it a dead heat. Nevadans don't like Obama right now though and are against illegal immigration and support the Arizona law. The hope that Reid and Obama are making is that this will get out the Latino vote and hopefully help them win. They don't realize that it will also get out the patriotic people who love America of all races who do not want bills like this passed that rewards criminal activity and puts further financial burdens on states and localities. Obama is so behind it because of the former reason, but also because he promised the Latinos a comprehensive immigration reform bill which basically includes amnesty and many are ticked he did not do it. He also knows many will vote democrat and just wants the votes. New flash amigos you were lied to. Obama knows the majority of Americans don't want this and the liberals are using you for votes like they have other minorities. Once again the socialist in the white house thumbs his nose at the will of the American people.

Supporters call it the DREAM ACT but what does this nightmare for America actually do. I have written much about the dangers of illegal immigration and threat they pose to the way of life in the United States of America. This is not a race issue as anyone of any race or creed should see it. The most ticked off people should be legal immigrants who came here the right way.

I will say that the DREAM ACT does look good on paper, but when you look closer at it you see it is flawed and has no enforcement mechanisms and basically takes former illegal invaders at their word on if they qualify. It's a political stunt to try to get the Latino vote. I wonder if the Latinos will vote based on giving criminals amnesty does that mean that Latinos are the least patriotic Americans there are by when you view race as it relates to patriotism and the United States. Studies show they support amnesty the most. I am sure the fact that the vast majority of the criminals are Latino and a majority of those are from Mexico. One thing that might help in any amnesty is not a blanket amnesty but case by case basis if we can afford the people to do it. If we are not able to afford the resources for the background checks then I think we need to err on the side of caution. That is just too bad for illegal invaders and their anti-American supporters. They call it illegal immigration for a reason.

At first the open borders and Mexicans can ignore our immigration laws lobby did not want the DREAM ACT passed without a comprehensive bill because the fear was that a comprehensive bill would not come since the DREAM ACT would effect many of the people that several Americans do have sympathy for in that children whose parents were criminals who thumbed their noses at our laws and brought the kids here as children and mooched off our system education them providing free lunches and so forth.

The act supposedly would cover some illegal alien minors who were brought to the country before they were 16 and covers them up to age 35 ( allowing them to have been mooching of the USA for 19 years) to earn a path to citizenship if they lived here continuously for the last five years.. They would get a six year window under a conditional immigration status to complete either two years of work at a college of university ( taking a spot from a legal citizen who did not break the law or parents did not) or spend two years in the military and serve honorably. They are supposed to be of good morale character and have done nothing illegal other than entering the country (since it's no big deal to cross an arbitrary border). Previous versions of the bill have stated that they would not be able to get Pell grants, but could get Student Loans and work-study. In addition to countless scholarships they might get preventing Americans from getting them (again possibly costing a legal American a job). If the former illegal invader met the requirements at the end of the six year period they could become a permanent resident alien and then apply for citizenship. If they did not meet the requirements the status would be revoked and they would be removable (yeah right like that worked). The law would also give illegal invaders the ability to pay in state tuition while legal Americans from another state have to pay out of state tuition. I guess crime pays.

Now the problems with this when you look at it are so easy to see that even a liberal who wants to GIVE the country away should be able to see it. Oh that is right. They know it they just want the votes. This is for people then who might not know the problems of this. It's not all about the kid whose parents is from Mexico that barely knows Spanish and finished with honors in high school. I could see something being done for them on a case by case basis. The first problem that anyone should see is there is no timeframe on it. There is not provision that says the people need to come foreword within a year for instance. By not having any table scores more of illegal criminals could sneak kids in to take advantage of this law similar to how pregnant women from Mexico swim across the Rio Grande to give birth and mooch off the American tax payer. This is similar to how many illegal invaders come here because of the birthright citizenship currently on the books that often allows them to mooch off the system. I am aware many come to work, but many mooch as well and all illegal invaders have no place here. There also are no enforcement provisions at all like the border fence or denying citizenship to children of illegal invaders as all other civilized nations do. The word of the illegal (I am sure they would not lie with the morals their parents taught them about stealing) would be taken and basically not investigated as opposed to be dealt with on a case by case basis that makes sense. The only way the person would be deported instead of getting amnesty if they lied is if immigration proves they did. The potential for those who are uneducated are enormous. Americans hurt at work have to go through hoops to get disability including veterans hurt in combat, but a product of a criminal action gets their word taken for it. They just have to submit a petition. Do you think that anti-american Obama is going to set things to investigate these? He won't even protect our border, sues Arizona for protecting her citizens and gives Sanctuary cities a free pass. The lack of verification of eligibility and no time limit on it will bring more and more here and more and more amnesties until our country is a third world toilet like most of the countries they are escaping yet still loyal to compared to the USA.

Many Americans are concerned about criminals (not counting being in the country illegally) getting amnesty. NumbersUSA, a leading illegal immigration control group of patriots have said "Rest assured, though, that no illegal alien with a criminal record can qualify for amnesty - unless the criminal record only involves one or two misdemeanor convictions like DUIs or domestic violence, or it only involves violations of immigration laws or crimes committed to achieve an immigration-related goal like document fraud. Terrorists don't qualify for the DREAM amnesty either-at least not those we have listed on a watch list and who use their real names to apply for amnesty." Not all illegal invaders are Latino or Mexican. A good part of illegal invaders bordering on most, but not all illegal invaders are Mexican or Latino. I am sure some terrorists could get into the USA via this route. What should also anger anyone who came here legally is that THE DREAM ACT will move these former illegal invaders to the front of the line when our politicians have been saying they need to get to the back of the line. As Rep. Joe Wilson said about Obama "YOU LIE".

It also ignores the costs of the newly minted soon to be citizens. There is not limit on the amount of people that it can be used for and once they are citizens they can use chain migration to bring all kinds of relatives and extended family to the United States. When 50% of all LEGAL immigrants get some type of public assistance according to CBS Evening News that' makes me sick as an American when we have people here in need. No one has thought of the cost of healthcare since they will be eligible for it since that anti-american Obama and the liberals voted for Obamacare over the will of the American people. Once the people have legal status they become eligible (in many cases) for federal benefits like food stamps, welfare, WIC, and public housing. They are then competing with legal citizens that need those resources in this economy. People claim they can't get that and they are purposely lying to you. They can and do. Not always but more than they should and under this type of law it will cost the United States much more money than we may gain in revenue. Another thing to think of is this. Most illegal invaders are Latino and most of them are Mexican. It appears Mexicans, even anchor babies and legal citizens, have made the least effort of any immigrant group to assimilate as I discuss in my article on students being forced to remove American flag shirts because it offended Mexican students. I believe in my heart of hearts as do many Americans that their loyalty is not to the United States, but a corrupt, toilet of a country that they are breaking into ours to escape.

Another thing I want to mention is this. Many blacks are democrats and vote democrat. That is their right and their choice. The thing with laws like this is many blacks will support it. Some blacks honestly because they agree with it. A majority of blacks support things because Obama supports them. Do my black American friends not realize that based on statistics of who controls wealth in this country, who lives in poverty, and who is more likely to have an unskilled job that the illegal invaders threaten the livelihood of the black American more than the white American? Obama has declared war on his own people with this. Many say it's because Latinos are the fastest growing demographic. This is true, but no one ever mentions illegal immigration leading to anchor babies and the fact that illegal aliens tend to breed like roaches is the reason for that. Hey why not have as many kids as you can get the American tax payer to pay for?

NumbersUSA further said of this aspect "The DREAM Act sets no numerical limits on how many illegal aliens may be granted amnesty, and they cannot be counted against the current annual green card limits. Furthermore, once granted permanent resident status, beneficiaries of the DREAM amnesty can become U.S. citizens and sponsor their relatives-the parents who brought them here illegally, any siblings left in the home country, and then aunts, uncles, cousins, and so on-for legal immigration to the United States under current chain migration laws. So all in all, this little bill to ensure that children can get a good education would quickly begin to rival the "one-time-only" amnesty of 1986, under which some three million illegal aliens and their spouses and children were given green cards, along with countless extended relatives."

"The president made it absolutely clear to us that he would leave no stone unturned" in pushing for Senate approval of what's known as the DREAM Act, Rep. Luis Gutierrez, D-Ill". This man is opposed to any enforcement measure. He claims people need to "learn English" yet voted against English as an official language and the border fence. Pretty much anything patriotic or moral he is against. He supports flag burning and also slams republicans on family values for separating families of illegal invaders. Funny he is so pro-family in that he is supposed to be catholic and supports partial birth abortions. He only is in Congress because he is in a liberal state and in an artificially created Hispanic district that would not surprise me to find has many anchor babies and illegal invaders.

Rep. Nydia Velazquez, D-N.Y Velazquez said passing the bill "is the right thing to do. It's a matter of fairness for thousands and thousands of young kids" who entered the country illegally with their families. She and others say they should not be punished". What makes Mexicans and Latinos so special? I am sure the tune would be different if all the illegal immigrants were from Canada. I am sure she would not care. I don't think it's fair to ignore the will of the American people for criminals. I also don't think its fair people are losing their homes, getting food from charities and losing their jobs when we are worried about amnesty. This should be the last thing we should be thinking about now, but only Obama could not create jobs and still have support. I think many blacks would follow him to the end of the earth if he said to. I am not saying all just quite a few from what I have observed.

The best comment is from Carlos Saavedra, national coordinator of United We Dream, a coalition of student immigrant advocacy groups, said "Voters who care about the issue will be watching how senators vote on the bill." That is true. And more Americans are against amnesty than for it. After the failed stimulus and widely unpopular Obamacare being forced on the American people I am sure many voters would remember this vote and once we get a respectable congress and president the DREAM ACT could and probably would be undone.

America has many different races, religions and national origins. No one should be considered less of an American for any of those reasons. Former President Teddy Roosevelt said that best. People forget that he also said "We have but one flag and that is the American flag. We have but one language and that is the English language". I welcome all legal immigrants and our country is enriched by different cultures, but the culture of America should not perish in the name of political correctness of so a power hungry anti-American president and his party can stay in power.

I have always heard that you really should not knock something unless you have an alternative and here are some of my ideas. First I think we need to secure the border. Use e-verify to insure they can't work which is what they come here for in addition to mooching. Get rid of birthright citizenship by amendment or legislation and put more quotas in place to insure the national character does not give any one group an advantage. Also people should have to be skilled not just related to an American citizen as the amnesty bill and the open border lobby wants. Also we should deport all illegal invaders as they are found and maybe even put them in one year of hard labor to insure they know they are not wanted and don't come back. After that then people who have lived here, are of good character, know English, have a clean record and have loyalty to the united states could look into a 6 year probationary period were they would work, but not receive any federal benefits or risk deportation for being a public charge ( burden on the tax payer). Some people think this is not fair. I don't think it's fair all that illegal invaders cost us and I have put sources at the end of this to see so you know what they cost us. California would not be facing many of its financial problems if it were not for illegal immigrants and their anchor babies. I think this is better than what would be bordering on a Civil war breaking out or widespread violence against illegal invaders or people that someone thinks is illegal. This could happen. I do believe it will if an amnesty that American people do not want is forced on them. I may not agree with it, but if an informed public agreed with it then I could respect the decision of my fellow Americans, but not when some people who want to hand over the USA to foreign invaders like Barack Hussein Obama, Nancy Pelosi, and Harry Reid. I am sure they would not have a prayer in the Senate if all senators were up for election this year. Also notice the senators from places like Massachusetts and Vermont usually feel so strongly about amnesty while senators from places like Arizona and Texas are against illegal aliens being here. The reason for this is they don't live with them. I am sure many politicians in Massachusetts who feel so strongly about amnesty would change their tune if the senators from Arizona and Texas said "We will back it, but you have to take them into your state". I am sure most of them would vote no then. I do believe in the person serving in the military could be a reason for amnesty. That is one way to prove love for this country. I think four years is more appropriate though not a two year joke.

If the DREAM ACT should pass, without any strong enforcement provisions to insure we have no further problem of the magnitude we have with illegal immigration the United States will become a third world country by the middle of this century. People can call this racism, xenophobia or whatever. Many of us will never see this, but mark my words it will happen. Patriots must not allow this to happen.
