Barack Obama Hesitant to Release Birth Certificate
According to many bloggers and columnists the birth certificate should be released as public domain. They are speculating that his name may be something other than Barack Hussein or he may have dual citizenship to another country, such as Kenya. All of these allegations seem ridiculous and should have no bearing on the fact that he has been elected as a presidential candidate, does it really matter if we are able to view his birth certificate? Does it make him a lesser candidate? In my opinion, no, it does not.
Could it be something so trivial as Senator Obama's decision to use the name Barack, rather than Barry - the name that he had used throughout his years in high school?
Could it be because the presidential candidates must be natural born citizens of the country to run for president? Was Barack Obama not born in the United States? Is this a rule? Even if he was not born in the United States, he seems more American than hundreds of the people that I know.
A birth certificate is not a matter of public property. What is a matter of public property are birth records, these are available, so why do we not leave it at this? The only person able to obtain a birth certificate is a guardian or the individual themselves. If we are not in possession of a copy of Obama's birth certificate, does that really make him lesser of a candidate?
When this scandal began to arise, I had no idea the reason that many would want to view his birth certificate, I have speculated some ideas - but honestly, still do not know the reason. What could we possible learn that we do not already know about the presidential candidate that is listed on his birth certificate? Is it really necessary to create scandal?
Barack Obama has a right to personal privacy, as do the rest of the citizens of the United States. It should not be an issue that he does not feel comfortable releasing his birth certificate to the general public. We already have access to his taxes, and the birth record, which are both public information. What would be like to be granted access to next? His bedroom? His health records?

Nobosy cares that in your "opinion" Obama's birth certificate doesn't matter. It DOES matter. It is a matter not of opinions, but of LAW which someone needs to enforce before the country erupts in violence! When people are helpless they become angry and anger out of control leads to violence!
He could be a Kenyan, a Russian, an Iranian, or a martian. No matter where he was born, he is certainly not an American. Every day he is more obviously an enemy agent out of destroy every liberty upon which our country was founded.
If he were a naturall born American, he would have already shown his birth documents. He should not be impeached because he was not legally elected. Instead, he should be JAILED.

If he's isn't a "natural" citizen, he can't be the President of the United States. How would you like a usurper to spend 4 or 8 years in the White House and find out his not an natural American citizen. He should be thrown out of the country, and maybe Kenya will give him the home he always had. He won't be able to have a home in the U.S. anymore.
All along there has been nobody to verify if this man is not a natural citizen of the U.S. This man is a setup for the Democrats plans for health, jobs, etc. He's no more the President of the State I am.
This country is in alot of trouble. We have let the the CORRUPT democrats ELECT someone who has not been vetted properly ,run for president of the United States and win!! We have the CORRUPT republicans stand by and not properly VETT him either!! So now here we are ,and neither one of our political parties are worried about this man breaking the law !!!! BREAKING THE CONSTITUTION ,THAT THEY TOOK AN OATH TO UPHOLD!!! Our government officials need to be fired AND PUT IN JAIL!!!!. The whole lot of them, just like the auto ceo's!!!! The bloggers and the internet has to report it because our newspapers are really anti-America!! God help us ALL!!!

I'm sorry but BO does not have the right to his privacy. As a presidential candidate he should be responsible for full disclosure. There is a case in court where, rather than presenting the certificate he and the DNC man a brigade of people to stop the request. McCain presented his birth certificate an did full disclosure. The question is whether he is born in the US and Philip Berg has reason to believe he isn't, which makes him ineligible for president. Instead of attornies, all he'd have to do is take a copy to court. You can purchase the certificate copies for a few dollars through the mail. I'll gladly supply the funds if Barack's a little short of cash. Publishing it on a website is not adequate since there are ways to alter things electronically and doesn't answer the court's request. If we, ordinary citizens, chose not to respond to a court order, our butts would be on the line, not on the ballot.
I believe it does matter. He shows poor taste in picking acquaintances and I believe him to lie just like the rest of the politician.
It is truly amazing to me that this is even an issue. Granted, if by U.S. Constitutional law he does not quality because of birth to run for President, then, he should be disqualified. Let's not just focus on his birth, but, rather on what this man truly stands for. Any person wanting to be Commander-in-Chief of our great country, should be obviously and foremost a PATRIOT! There are far too many discrepancies in his behavior to warrant anyone's trust as our President! Come on America, WAKE UP!!! Just because he is an eloquent speaker, it does not qualify him to lead our great nation. He has come out of nowhere to say the feel good things everyone wants to hear right now. Is it obvious only to me and the large group of people who live in my part of the country? Out of dozens of people I query concerning the Presidential election, I cannot find anyone who trusts Barack Obama, or, who is going to vote for him. It is my prayer we as a country examine him more closely.
It's not a matter of the having a birth certificate, Its a matter of "U.S. constitutional LAW". This is required for Obama to run for President of the United States. If Obama does not respect our U.S. Constitutional LAW. He is not worthy to become our nations President. Already, Obama thinks the 2nd amendment does not even apply to our LAW system today. Likewise, Obama continually refuses to produce a "valid authentic copy" of his birth certificate, granted from the State of Hawaiii. Janice Okubo, ( Director health services, State of Hawaii) has said on numerous interview's, Hawaii does not send eletronic birth certificates for birth certifications. Also, Obama's birth certificate submitted, does not contain the visible seal of the State of Hawaii and the required authorized signiture and date on the back of the birth certificate.
In summary, today it seems appualing that anyone from anywhere can get this far down the road without the proper identification and birth verification
Does anyone have proof that Senator Obama was asked to show his birth certificate and refused to do so? Or is that just another rumor started then spread as fact by bloggers and emails? I wasted a lot of time tying to verify that he was asked and refused yesterday after seeing the "news" here yesterday. Not a fact about it anywhere. Perhaps "alleged to have refused to show" would be better for publication to avoid libel lawsuits.
