Barack Obama and the Justice Department Challenge Arizona's SB1070 Once Again Proving Obama and His Administration Are Not on the Side of the American People

Almost two years in the reign of Barack Hussein Obama he proves once again how anti-American that his is. Instead of securing our border and stepping up enforcement the disgrace of a President decides to sue the state of Arizona because they passed a law that mirrors federal law to do something about the criminal illegal invaders that are causing huge financial and criminal problems. Just like when Obamacare was rammed through with no regard for how the American people felt Obama and his liberal allies are attempting to do the same with Arizona simply trying to enforce the law of the land.

The whole lawsuit stems from the fact that criminal illegal aliens continue to come into this country unwanted, unneeded and unwelcome. They drive down wages or take American jobs and cost huge amounts of money in various social services. Their children known as anchor babies are a huge financial burden in many Border States and have been attributed to a huge reason why California has a heavy budget deficit. If a criminal illegal alien comes across the border and has a child that child is automatically considered a U.S. citizen based on a misinterpretation of the 14^th amendment to the Constitution. This makes them eligible, and to an extent their parents, for welfare, WIC, food stamps, free lunches, free public education and things of that nature. Traitors who support these criminals come here just to work and I am sure many do come here to work. I would be shocked though if anyone can show me a handful of these leeches that turn down that free money based on honor since they are not here legally anyway. Some come here totally for the reason of having their kids here. It will be a separate article, but Arizona is also working on a creative way to keep the product (children) of the crime caused by illegal aliens from being recognized as a U.S. Citizen. The amount of money the state of Arizona would save is astronomical.

The Arizona law mirrors the federal law that is not being followed regarding illegal aliens. Basically if police have contact with a person and have reasonable suspicion they could be in the country illegally they can then verify the person's right to be in the country. If they are illegal or can't prove they belong here they are subject to fines or jail time. All legal aliens are required to carry proof that they can be in the United States under federal law. This is nothing new, but it often is not enforced. Some cities like Los Angeles go as far as having laws that keep police from inquiring about immigration status even if they know the person is illegal from a previous contact. Illegal aliens in gangs are actually turned right back onto the streets by police when they are known to be illegal. Arizona had enough and wanted to insure that this did not occur. The law also says day laborers can't block traffic trying to get work. This all seems pretty reasonable to me.

Critics argued immediately that it could lead to racial-profiling. Personally if I were in an area were white/native American people were overrunning an area and they asked for my papers I would not be offended. People claim this will discriminate against Hispanics. This is a cop out. The reality is that the vast majority of illegal immigrants are Hispanic and the majority of those are from Mexico. This is in addition to the people from known terrorist countries who have slipped through the border because of elected officials' refusal to act and save this country. The critics make it out like anyone Hispanic is going to have someone come up to them and say "papers please". This is not true there needs to be a reasonable suspicion. A great example that critics still say is unfair is this. You have a few people in a car driving with no license and no one in the car speaks English. It does not take a Harvard educated socialist to figure out they might be there illegally. The reality is opponents of the bill do not want immigration laws enforced and think as long as people follow the law ( other than breaking into the country and mooching off us by having anchor babies) they should be allowed to and be left alone. Listen to groups like La Raza or Representative Luis Guitteriez basically says the same thing. They use immigration reform, but what they want is amnesty for these criminals. When you listen to them in interviews they favor no enforcement including the fence along the border and think that people should not be deported.

Proponents of the law make the best point in that the law is not being followed and the state is under invasion and has been for sometime. There have been citizens murdered like a rancher named Robert Krentz and victims of the various gangs they bring that trade in drugs and people. Not all people who come to the country illegal cause the problems but its called illegal for a reason. They do not belong here and need to leave. This law actually has already encouraged several to leave. I am sure that the illegal invaders are realizing they are unwelcome in Arizona. Maybe they will get it through their think skulls they are not wanted in the country unless they come legally.

The Justice Department at the urging of Barack Hussein Obama claims the law is unconstitutional. I initially thought they would challenge it on racial grounds, but based on some profiling that is allowed when it comes to the war on terror the Justice Department seems to be going another route. They are making a Supremacy Clause claim. This basically says that federal laws always trump state laws. Unfortunately since I doubt Obama or any of his allies have ever read the constitution (and regularly trample it with things like Obamacare) so they are not aware of the 10^th amendment which allows the states to do things such as this. Further Barack Obama violates his own oath of office were he is supposed to protect state from invaders. I would call the illegal criminals coming into the country illegally, having anchor babies who mooch off the system, and all the costs to the criminal justice system that they cause an invasion. Unfortunately the three stooges (Obama, Pelosi, and Reid) don't seem to realize that it's an invasion. Here there is no federal law being followed, so the state is acting and has to. They owe it to their citizens. Obama could easily secure our border but he refuses to. When he sent 1,200 troops to the border when 6,000 were being asked for he made it clear they are not there to keep people out but help keep drugs out. That should enrage any American who loves this country. The liberals want amnesty before securing the border. That in itself is treasonous as they are playing with the lives of Americans for political gain. This issue could be used very effectively in just about every Senate and House race this year.

Another thing that is being overlooked by liberals is that many states and localities have laws that are not similar to the federal governments and there are not issues unless they are major. A great example is that over thirty states allow the use of capital punishment but not all states do. The federal government allows capital punishment. Here the laws contrast. Another example is that in some states you can't buy alcohol on Sundays while other places you can. In Pennsylvania a person can own a fully automatic weapon, but if they live across the border in Delaware they cannot. These are all examples of federal and state laws differing. With Arizona sb1070 the state is just enforcing the federal law and insuring that cities can't refuse to enforce the laws. Liberals use a main claim that "you can't deport 12 million people" This is true, but by doing nothing with illegal invaders more are encouraged to come. We might not get 12 million but 5 million illegal aliens out of the country are better than none. Heck one is better than none. And that is more humane than shooting them when they sneak across as some extreme people have suggested because of the outrage.

In addition to various other things that Obama has done like increasing the deficit with a stimulus that does not work, trying to bribe Joe Sestak to back out of an election with a position so Arlen Specter could win, and forcing Obamacare through against the will of the people with every dirty procedural move they could think of suing Arizona will probably cost the democrats big. Polls show over 70% of those in Arizona favor the law and a majority of Americans feel their states should pass similar laws. There are even some, very few, patriotic Hispanics who support the law as they came here the legal way and I welcome them and anyone else here legally with open arms. Over 56% of Americans also do not want the law challenged and a majority is more likely to vote republican over this issue. Three house democrats from Arizona are particularly facing a very tough time over this and basically begged Obama not to challenge it. Ann Kirkpatrick, Harry Mitchell, and Gabrielle Giffords all voted for Obamacare despite the wishes of their constituents and are in republican leaning districts that were won by John McCain in the 2008 Presidential election. Obama basically said to them "Thanks for the vote to end your career but I can't help you". Guess that shows you can't trust a (insert adjective of your choice here about Obama). All are relatively new in congress. Giffords and Mitchell are both second term representatives while Kirkpatrick is a freshman. Giffords is the only one to defend the law saying people in her district were tired of it. I am sure she would vote against a law like this though and people are waking up. You stand with America or that socialist Obama. People standing with him are getting voted out of office.

People bring up this ticking off Hispanics. In fairness people make an argument that the law offends Hispanics and they are the largest growing demographic group. This is in part true because the illegal ones breed like cockroaches and come illegally. Of course if other races have to play by the rules but Hispanics can come in illegally and get all kinds of programs like citizenship for their kids they are growing. That argument is more of a reason to crack down on illegal immigration. We should not be trying to completely redesign the demographics of the United States by criminal activity. Heck most of them don't even try to learn English and expect us to speak Spanish. Every immigrant group has face problems but I don't believe any have further resisted assimilating and had more of a sense of entitlement than Hispanics and Mexicans in particular.

In conclusion I honestly don't think Obama cares about the will of the people. I would go to the border if they called for volunteers to keep illegal invaders out and on their own side. This is bordering on a war and I could see issues like the nullification crisis with South Carolina in the 1800's occurring over the Justice Department challenging this law. The Hispanic caucus just wants people (Hispanic) to be able to come and go as they please and our laws not be enforced. The congressional Black Caucus (which is a hate group and will not admit white members and only in concerned with advances for blacks not all Americans) NAACP and other groups are united in opposition. Funny thing is Negroes have not figured out that these illegal invaders will cost more of their people jobs than white people. Intelligent blacks are starting to realize that. I think this could be the democrats undoing when it's factored in with healthcare.

For the record. I have nothing against any other race. I am proud of the two that I am a part of. I don't think one race should have special privileges like Hispanics seem to in the case of illegal immigration. People are not talking about letting Haitians come here as part of a guest worker program. I welcome anyone legally here not including anchor babies as I think their citizenship is a joke and should offend anyone who fought or has relatives who fought to protect this nation. The only way these people will get it is if it is made as uncomfortable as possible here in the USA for them and they can't find work. An amnesty program will just lead to more amnesty and the destruction of our country. The Hispanic voter seems to be more and more one issue oriented and that issue is amnesty for illegal alien invaders destroying our country. I wonder does that mean most Hispanics are not patriotic? The majority voted for Obama and would vote for people like him who are not good for the country just on the one issue of amnesty. I just don't get it. Please view the videos I have included that show costs of illegal immigration and why this monster must be crushed before it is too late for our country. The Roman Empire fell just the like USA is going to.

I love this country but would rather fight to defend this nation than let it go to the dogs. This could be the second American civil war. I hope if this law is overturned that Govenor Brewer accepts volunteers to patrol the border. A few gentlemen with rifles greeting these invaders might give them the hint. I doubt it as they are not very intelligent. One video I included actually shows a woman who just had an anchor baby and can't speak English. She says through an interpreter that people in the USA like to help children. Little does she know.
