Barak's Nobel Peace Prize is Bad News for America

Anastasia Zoldak
It's now a proven fact that Europe just loves Barak Obama. In his win of the Nobel Peace Prize, which even he says he doesn't deserve, Europe's nations have now bestowed their blessing upon him. All Americans have to ask is why?

Could it be his international and fiscal polices that are so anti-American that they're driving businesses into the welcoming arms of Europe, China and the rest of the world. Helping their economies at our expense without a thought to all the homeless here, maybe that's why he won the prize.

It could all the grant money and foreign aid we are giving everyone, while people in this country become Jobless, homeless, and starve. I guess we're all rich, fat Americans so we can afford to support Europe and everyone else.

What exactly has Barak done? Could it be his massive spending package, which as only mortgaged our children's future? Could it be the weakening of our foreign policy to the point where the Taliban can raise their flags in Afghanistan again. Now we know why it took so long for him to talk to his generals. Adding more troops when they need it would have skewed his chances of getting the Nobel Peace Prize.

Yes, the rest of the world loves our stupidity and they're feeding Barak's ego because after all isn't that what he's all about. What has he accomplished in this past year? I've seen him on more talk shows than an actor hawking a movie. Yes, the world loves Barak, but Americans must realize it's because he's helped weaken us so that the world can move ahead of us. What's next on your world peace tour, Mr. President?

I want the world to know that I actually voted for Barak Obama because I thought he understood that we needed to fix our own economy. He sounded as if he was a moderate with ideas and solutions. To date, he has not fulfilled one campaign promised including some of the ones I didn't like.

Now, I'm looking forward to telling my daughter why we're raising her in a third world country. Thanks for all your efforts Mr. President. I know Europe and the world appreciate it.

Christopher, you said it so well. His administration has basically saved our economy, but no credit. We would have been in a full blown depression at this point if McCain and Palin ruled the land..I guess the GOP would prefer that. They be Hoover all over again!

Can't agree with this perspective. For one, it is shortsighted. Where is the credit for stabilizing what was a ruined economy with Bush leaving office? Nothing Obama did contributed to that crisis, but everything he's done since has modulated its effects if not yet fixed the problem. As for world peace, it's time we stopped acting like a bunch of punch drunk cowboys looking for a fight. That's why the world issued a call to action in the Nobel Peace Prize. It's a plea for cooperation and not an undercut of American liberty and stolidity. Bush alienated our country from every other nation in the world. Cheney too. We've got to act more mature and learn how to work with other countries rather than be a big bully. That's that.
