Ingredients:
4-6 pork chops
1 cup barbecue sauce
1 cup white wine
One large onion sliced
Execution:
Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees. Mix the barbecue sauce with the white wine in a bowl. You can try this recipe for homemade barbecue sauce. Line your oven pan with aluminum foil to make cleanup easier. Place the pork chops in the pan. Cover the pork chops with the barbecue sauce and white wine mixture. Disperse the sliced onion evenly over the pork chops. Cover completely with aluminum foil. Place chops in oven and reduce heat to 350. Cook the pork chops for 40 minutes. Remove aluminum foil and cook for an additional 10 minutes. Spoon sauce and onions over the pork chops when serving.
