Well santa broguht this for my daughter who is 6, and im a computer tech ive looked all over the internet some of you got good one some of us got really bad ones, works for a little while then stops and daughters computer will not even start the printer or even go online untill i do a system restore, ive done this at least 8 times since christmas called toy r us this item is discontinued cant even exchange it for a different one now if it was not 179.00 dollars i would not be so bugged about this printer my wife and 18 year old daughter liked as well but it just will not work and i dont want it to crash the daughter's computer to the point i have to reload windows xp cause that takes some time to do with all her games and backups really disappointed in this printer, would not recomend it to anyone....
